Great place to stay for a week in Branson. The King beds for 3 bedrooms was a treat for my wife and I and 2 children/spouses

Condo was perfect for our family with separate large sleeping/bath spaces in addition to large living and dining spaces able to accommodate all of us comfortably. Enjoyed deck views, even saw a rainbow behind the ridge. Fun times were had swimming in indoor pool and playing pickleball just a block up the hill. Location of this condo is fantastic. Walked down a block to Lake Tanycomo and small children’s playground. Appreciated the baby items to make life easier at condo. Hope to return next year!

My husband and I shared this Branson getaway with our son and his wife and their young family. This unit was a great fit! The bunk room worked perfectly for the kids, and the two king bedrooms were comfortable for the adults. My husband commented on the convenience of bedside USB ports on both sides of the bed and on the lighting throughout the condo, which was more than sufficient even for the older eyes in the crowd. We cooked several meals in the unit and appreciated the kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. We also enjoyed the community amenities.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Location has access to all Branson has to offer. Home is clean and has a well equipped kitchen. We went during Christmas and the hosts had a Christmas tree up for us to enjoy. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are many things to do outside in warmer weather.

Overall, our experience was wonderful at this condo. The Pointe Royale community is lovely. Our family of 9 had plenty of room. The bedroom and bathroom setup was great as each family had their own bedroom area and bathroom. The condo was tastefully decorated and up-to-date. We made Thanksgiving dinner at the condo, and everyone was able to sit around the dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked with most necessary items. A few very minor problems we noticed included: poor lighting in the kitchen, kitchen sink not draining well, no serving bowls for dinner (plastic only). The master bedroom got very hot during the night, while the folks in the other bedrooms were chilly. We had a great time in Branson and would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

The condo was great! Exactly as described. It was clean and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was very well appointed, there was even a waffle maker. My grandkids loved that. The kids swam and walked the trails, the guys fished and played golf. The condo was a great landing place for our many Branson adventures. David was very prompt with responding when I had a question. Would stay here again!

For the cleaning fee you are paying you are not getting your moneys worth. There was an empty pop can on the table, Cheeto in the sink non foaming soap in foaming soap dispensers making a gooey mess
The floors made are feet dirty the living room rug was not vacuumed and the rugs in master bathroom were stained. Nice place, just needs a new cleaner.

The location and space was perfect for our long weekend getaway! We had two families, with 3 children each, ranging in ages from 14 mos - 10 yrs old. We went to SDC and various activities on the strip. The kids enjoyed the community pool (adults enjoyed the tiki bar!) and there was a bank for fishing just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was the perfect family getaway! It’s close to silver dollar city and has a tennis court, pickle ball court, and 3 pools that we used on the property! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Communication with the property manager was easy and he was super prompt. It also had a pack and play and high chair there in the condo for use. We’ll definitely be back!

We traveled to Branson for our granddaughters graduation. Our group included 5 adults and five children ages 1-11. We had plenty of room and everything that we could possibly want was included in the unit. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool. I would not hesitate to stay again. Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations.

The rental where we stayed was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had no issues with checking in. We all had a wonderful weekend away from home, and I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!!
