I absolutely loved this home. If I could own a home in Estes Park, I would love to have this home. There was so much room, yet we enjoyed the intimacy of the home. To quote my 5-year-old granddaughter, "I keep finding more and more bathrooms!" Cracked us all up, yet so very true. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I would definitely love to rent again, but this was a once in a lifetime luxury.

We enjoyed our time there. It was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for families. The kitchen had enough for us to cook every meal and enjoy the space to enjoy each other. The view, the river, and the outdoor space was amazing. We spend most of our time outside enjoying the space and river! We will be back.

Our Fun Group (5 couples) just returned from Estes Park .We had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The kitchen was huge and the dinning table had room for all of us. We spent most nights around the fire pit or in the hot tub after we went looking for elk in the park or at the YMCA. We saw 5 big males at the Y our last night. Saw several deer by the river most evenings. We had a few minor problems, called the office and they were taken care of immediately. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful location, and the house is massive. We had nine adults plus three kids and still had plenty of space to hang out without being cramped. The master suite is huge by itself. The kitchen had a reasonably good assortment of pots, pans, utensils, etc and the double oven was nice to have as well. Checkout process was fast and easy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful spot & week of weather in the mountains.

This was a wonderful home for our large group all arriving from various locations out of state. We enjoyed every foot of this beautiful home on the river! Large, spacious, great kitchen, fabulous dining room and space for all of us to be together at same time! Hot tub time… sitting at the large outdoor patio, pool tournaments upstairs and movie watching/games in the great room! We love Estes and RMNP… and will surely be back and would LOVE to stay at this home again!

We loved staying at the “Mansion” as my kids called it on the beautiful Big Thompson river. This house sits right on the big Thompson with a huge back deck that overlooks the river. Twice we had a huge herd of elk grazing in the river behind us for probably 20 minutes with mamas and babies much to all of our delight. We had so much room for all of our kids and grandkids to sleep and spread out throughout the day. It is located close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the house was immaculate. We would come back in a heartbeat! None of us wanted to leave!

This was the perfect place for our multi generational family vacation to Estes Park. Everyone had their own space plus the large gathering spots at the dining room table and living room. The outside is just as awesome with the creek and decks and gas fire pit. We enjoyed every minute spent here!! We hope to come back in the future!

This property is amazing if you want all of your guests to enjoy communal space but also be able to have their own privacy. You simply can’t beat the location on the river. Great rental for a bigger group.

This house and property is exactly as described. It’s VERY spacious! We were a party of 10. Ages 2-66. We cooked most of our meals during our stay. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The appliances are very nice! There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy ourselves. The game room is a fun spot. The younger folks enjoyed the hot tub. It’s perfect! The evenings were cool and the river was very enjoyable to watch and listen to. Small children need to be supervised at all times while outside. We grilled one evening. There is a fantastic fire pit we thoroughly enjoyed the last night of our stay. A few minor suggestions: - there were only 2 kitchen towels available - luckily we came with a pack of paper towels. - the wood floors needed to be mopped before our visit. - our bare feet were grimy from the floor. - the fire pit was a source of contention with the property manager. I’m still confused! It wouldn't turn on. We were told there was a fire ban and we wouldn’t be able to use the pit. However, a city official told us there hadn’t been a ban for weeks. On our last day - the pit cover had been removed and was working. We never heard from the property manager about the situation and why there was a communication issue.

We had a great time celebrating a special event with friends and family. Estes is a beautiful and scenic town nestled into the Rocky Mountains. This house made our experience top notch. Already planning a trip back in the summer for hiking!

We were delighted with this charming, spacious house. Everything we needed was provided. Loved it and hope to return some day.

Everything about this vacation getaway was incredible, from the property, to the check-in, management company, and the mountains. Estes is one of my favorite places to visit and this property made for such a great experience for our friends who had never visited before. We will definitely be back and we will for sure be wanting to stay here again.

We loved the setting and the property- especially the deck overlooking the River and the daily elk visits. Home is amazing and very large. Unfortunately the hot tub only worked for 5 minutes and then shut down and outdoor gas fire pit didn’t work. Tv was impossible to get picture and sound at same time. Response from property mgr was that they would come out Monday - the day we left😞

This is the second time we stayed here. The location and facilities are great. It would be hard to find a better place......

I've stayed in ~5 properties near this size and price point and this is by far the best maintained I've ever seen. The large kitchen and living area downstairs feel like your own home, not a rental. Despite bringing most everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked well with place settings and even nonperishables (presumably from previous renters so no guarantees on what you'll get) - fantastic. The master bed and bath is enormous, the stream right outside is peaceful, and there's a large gas fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The house and its setting along the Thompson River are beautiful. We had plenty of room for our group of 11. The hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, and the 3-car garage are very nice amenities. The ice maker was broken the whole week. Outdoor grills needed cleaning and deck needed swept.

The place was beautiful, better than pictures, location was quiet and beautiful along river. The cleanliness was not up to my standards, but I contacted management company to follow up so other guest have a better experience.

We loved this cabin rental. It was in a great location, close to Down town Estes & RMNP entrance. We had a herd of Elk in our yard & a bull cross the river! It was big enough for everyone to have their own space & had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bit dirty & the water level was low so we weren't able to use it like we'd hoped, but all else was great.

We enjoyed the roominess. Everyone had space to enjoy time alone if needed. The deck was directly on the river created a perfect place to relax and enjoy natures bounty. We saw deer, rabbits and chipmunks. The location was very convenient to the YMCA of the Rockies, Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and the town of Estes Park. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very useful. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided space for two or three to help prepare meals. The only thing missing was a vent hood and light over the cooktop. We were disappointed that the fishing rock was off-limits, but maybe next time we can try fishing from it.

This is an awesome place to stay. Everybody enjoy staying here. It was easy and pleasant experience making plans with Seth and Chris. I emailed questions and they got back to me quickly. We will be planning more trips here in the future.

We stayed in this home for my mother and father-in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary. The house was right on the river! The rooms were big, well lit, and perfectly decorated. It was the perfect place for our group. The only thing I could say is that we did end up needing to grab some essentials- extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Not an issue, but could have been communicated to us a bit more explicitly prior to our arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is indeed a very nice and very spacious home. We particularly liked the pool table/room and the hot tub. But there are issues which I will list: 1. House was not very clean - upon entering the home for the 1st time I walked into the entry which was littered with small pine needles and some debris. For the most part the house appeared clean, there were areas not so much. 2. Snow was not shoveled even a little... We spent a lot of time shoveling just to get access to the hot tub. Why? 3. Living room furniture is very worn. 4. Promo info says there is a DVD player. We brought some DVDs to watch - but alas there was no DVD player. The TV is nice and big, but there is no DVD and no access to netflix or prime (streaming services) - just their special TV satellite service. 5. Where there are carpets, there are lots of stains/soiling. Yuck! 6. Master bedroom/bath and shower were amazing. This is a great place to stay for large families (we had 9) with lots of rooms, toilets, etc... With more attention to cleanness, amenities (e.g. DVD, streaming capabilities), and maintenance this would get better reviews. BTW the stream out the back is a great feature - beautiful and we even caught fish. Also had a herd of deer pass through a couple times crossing the stream and getting a drink. Given that I was disappointed by several key factors, a 3 rating is actually high for how I really felt....

It's time to replace the kitchen cooking pans and bed pillows. Other than that, it was perfect. We had 10 family members and we were able to all stay together.

Absolutely gorgeous! Couldn't ask for a more spectacular residence. Only drawback no Keurig. Sheets in Master bedroom to die for!

Amazing property, great location. If only the owners would work on some details. Plenty of space, just lacks in the details. It is obvious that this is strictly a rental property currently on sale. Good example, amazing master bathroom, but not one hook to hang a towel. Well stock kitchen, but only 2 wine glasses. The gas grill outside was in it's last leg, but in the garage there was a brand new Weber partially assembled. Beds were comfy, but pillows and linen were average at best. Not that we go to Estes Park to watch TV, but having a tube TV in the master bedroom was surprising. With the price of the rental, I expected a little more. It is almost a shame that the amount of effort and money to make it a fantastic rental is not that much.
