I’ve stayed at a bunch of condos in the area, and this is one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It doesn’t have all the fancy pools with slides and whatnot, but there are really nice indoor/outdoor pools. The condo was decorated very nice and there was plenty of room for people to visit. The owner was very nice and replied back to me almost immediately with anything questions I had. The only negative thing about the whole stay was the parking passes. No passes come with the room, you have to purchase them for $55 a pop, which I thought was pretty lame of Phoenix to charge. The positive definitely outweighed negative though, and we will most certainly rent again.

This is a great property with a great view. Professionally decorated and very comfortable and relaxing . Kitchen is fully stocked. There is a separate under the counter icemaker that is nice . Beautiful sunups.

I cannot say enough about how great a condo this was! It has been updated beautifully and the ice maker is awesome. The view from the 14th floor is great. Nothing was lacking with our accommodations, and the pool is very large. The beach/umbrella service was a plus.
I will return and request this specific unit. Our host was so responsive and respectful.

This was an excellent find! The decor was adorable and the layout was perfect. We had a small issue with a drain, and it was taken care of immediately when I text the property owner. I would 100% recommend!

Nice condo equipped with plenty of seating for large groups. Beds were very comfy. Gulf view was amazing! Had a concern and the owner had it fixed with 24 hours. Very satisfied.

We have been vacationing with my sister and her husband for about the last 25 years in the Destin/Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. This was probably the best trip in those 25 years. The condo was even better than described. It was clean, perfect location, a great view from the balcony, etc. We did not have any problems or complaints.

The condo was adorable, clean and the perfect size for 6 adults and a toddler! The balcony had an amazing view with plenty of seating for us all.
We enjoyed sitting around the large dining room tables for our meals and relaxing in the living room after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t awful and each day they rolled our blue mat out at the end of the beach walkway that made pulling wagons a breeze!
The pools were warm and clean! Swimming in the pool was my daughters favorite part!
We were super close to food and shopping too which is always nice! We hope to stay here again next year for our family getaway! 🧡

3 children, 3 adults. 2 king beds and 2 queen. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfy beds. TV’s in each room. Great ocean view. Close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the condo.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was always hot, and the professional ice maker was great to have for our beach drinks. The view was spectacular and the beach was clean.

My husband and I and three adult children traveled to Orange Beach in June 2021. This unit is on the 14th floor facing the ocean. The beach outside the unit is fabulous. There is chair and beach umbrella rental directly in front of the building on the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. There was everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find an ice maker which makes plenty of ice to fill a cooler. The layout is very nice providing the master with some privacy. The beds were all very comfortable. Kate with the management company was very responsive and nice to work with. We had an issue with the front door lock (our mistake) and she called me back within minutes. My only criticism was that we could have used more bath towels. However, there is a good working washer and dryer so we just washed what we needed. I would definitely recommend renting this unit.

We came for the weekend with my husband’s parents and sister’s family and loved the condo as well as the service by the owner! This was our favorite 3 bedroom condo we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, nice furnishings, well equipped, and great balcony with a view! The owner was very responsive and informative. We will definitely be back!
