Can't beat the location, fenced-in yard, and very comfortable for one or two couples. Great walkable food options. Awesome for surfers who want to walk to the beach and keep boards in the backyard.

Great house and the location can't be beat. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and stocked well enough. My dog loved the nice big backyard. My kids and I really loved it and hope to stay there again in the future.

The property was so close to the beach. We walked there most days. It rained pretty bad one day during our stay but we were able to watch Netflix until it finally let up. The kitchen was well laid out and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Zero complaints, perfect location, perfectly sized and clean house. Fenced in back yard for our dogs. The beach is a little torn up from all the storms they have had, but was still very nice. Would stay there again.

The location and home were great. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The only complaint would be there there’s only one shower, and it’s tiny, but other than that, the house was lovely.

Our family had a wonderful week! We were all comfortable in this house. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to just walk out of the house and be on the beach! Our dog loved running in the fenced in yard and on the beach!

Great beach cottage on a quiet side street. Just a few steps to beautiful beach!! House was clean, comfortable, & well stocked. Nice fenced in back yard for privacy and/or dog. Lots of good restaurant choices nearby. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location just steps from the beach and a house that had everything we needed. Two adults and two teens slept well in comfy beds, and two preteens slept well on the sleeper sofa. The A/C kept the whole house cool in almost 100 F weather, and the kitchen had what we needed for our meals. The patio was a nice addition to the fenced in backyard. I would also say the pictures don’t fully do the house justice, as it’s even nicer in reality.

Quite, friendly neighborhood. The house was clean and in a great location. A second full bathroom would have been nice, but overall a very nice place to stay. My family would definitely stay here again!

My husband and two very young sons, along with our three-legged dog, we’re very comfortable here. Yes, if you want a big shower, this is not the place for you. I went in knowing that because I read other reviewer‘s. It’s true. The shower is very small. My husband is a big dude, but he was still able to shower our little sons in it. We really loved the location because it was only 12 minutes from the old town. Great couple restaurants within six minutes walking distance, and the pier was great. To get to the beach, it is a very steep climb over the sand. So it is super convenient, distance wise, but someone with knee replacement might take some extra steps to get there. The house was well stocked. The towels were especially nice. Seems kind of silly to make a review on towels, but when you stay in a bunch of places, and the towels suck, you actually notice when towels are really nice, and the bed, the linens, and the kitchen was very clean and sufficient with what we needed. we were very very satisfied with this place. It isn’t frilly. It isn’t luxurious. But it absolutely served the needs of my family, and knowing what I do now, I would absolutely still have moved forward, renting it.

This was a great place to relax, take long walks on the beach and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Not fancy, not frilly but nicely equipped kitchen, great king size bed (other bed so-so), very comfortable family room and eating area. Great to have a back yard as a bonus!

We booked this vacation as our annual family Christmas vacation. We tried to get into the rental a day early which when we were finally notified they said we couldn’t which was fine. The issue is the property owners got a paver patio laid the day before we arrived, and said we couldn’t walk on it Which was a complete pain in the butt. We parked our car in the driveway and then the company came two days later and laid cement in front of our car so we couldn’t even move it until it dried a few days later. This is so disrespectful don’t ever rent this property .

My family loved it, easy walk to everything, especially the beach. Nice neighbors, quiet street. Even got in some surfing. Great.

3rd time in St Augustine and our second time at this property. I would stay forever and live there.

Surprise vacation for my husband's birthday. The property is exactly as advertised and shown in pictures. Very cute house, nicely decorated and one house off of the beach. As others have commented, the shower (and only one) is tee-tiny. If you are an overweight or fluffy person, you will have trouble showering. With that said though, being that close to the ocean without being ocean front is what would make me rent this place again. And, being pet friendly with a really nice back yard.

Location was great so close to the beach and St. Augustine things to do. House is a good size and the fenced in yard a huge bonus for the pups! Would recommend changing the description to 2 bed, 1.5 bath. We were expecting 2 full baths. It was fine for 2 people but if a party of 4 or 6 came, the shower might be an issue. And the shower is tiny! Overall, great stay, well equipped, and we enjoyed it.

As others have said the 1 shower is small but everything else was great. Recommend!

This was our first time to St. Augustine and we were not disappointed. The house was great and location to the beach was even better…shower was small but is not a deal breaker. When we come back to St. Augustine if this house is available we would definitely stay again!

This house is great. Fenced in back yard, 60 steps to the dunes and plenty of nearby coffee, doughnut, ice cream shops, diners and eatery’s.

The good - Location, location, location. One house off the beach. Beautiful backyard. peaceful. Very convenient to everything. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are 2 major issues. The bad - The only shower is like a camper shower. It is very small. The other issue is parking. You are not allowed to park on the street and the driveway is only big enough for one car. We have a Honda CRV and an Accord. Not big SUV's. The other issues were minor such as the ice and water not being hooked up on the refrigerator and no cable box in one of the bedrooms. I tried to email the owner and did not receive a response. I still think this is a lovely property if you can deal with the shower size. The good outweighed any inconvenience and we enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing stay at this cute little house. There were 5 adults and 1 toddler. We were so close to the beach which made it so easy to go back and forth from the beach to home for a quick lunch. We walked to the restaurants down the road a few of the nights and also a quick walk to get ice cream. Would love to rent this home year round if it was available! Such a great time!

Great cozy comfy house with back deck and yard. Steps away from the beach! The house was clean and well put together I would recommend for a family with young kids. Will be staying here again!

The best part about this home was it's location to the beach. You walk out your door, walk past one home and up and over the dunes and you are on the beach. It's a small two bedroom home with a deck in the back and fenced in back yard. I would give this home a rave review if it wasn't for the very, very small shower. It was totally ridiculous. It's the size of an RV shower. I did read previous reviews about the small shower, but though it would be ok. Not! The bathroom locations are strange. You have both bedrooms near the bath with just a toilet and sink. You have to walk through the living room and dining area to get to the bath with the shower. Unfortunately, because of just the shower issue, I would not rent this house again. A couple other things that they could improve were the beds were not very comfortable and the ice maker on the refrigerator wasn't even hooked up. If the owners installed a bigger shower and made a few other minor improvements, this place would be fabulous. First time in St. Augustine Beach and I loved it!

This property was perfect for our first winter retirement get-away. Well-stocked to meet all our needs. The daily beach walks, visits to local restaurants and attractions were easily accessible. The house had a wonderful, private back yard - perfect for us and our 16-year-old dog. Thanks to the owners for making this the best vacation!
