We had a pleasant stay at the lake house. We especially loved the location being so close to the lake to enjoy the water and water activities. We even got to see a bald eagle multiple times along the lake. The owner was prompt with responses when needed. The only downfalls were the overflowing trash bins upon our arrival that caused an unpleasant smell and attracted flies, the limited number of supplies (ex garbage bags) provided, and the level of difficulty opening and closing the doors.

Great lication on a quiet road. 2 restaurants can walk to. We made use of the dock. Fire ring, kayaks and outdoor grill.we would stay again for sure.

To celebrate the high school graduation of our kids we planned a family trip to the finger lakes. That was in May, 2020. Needless to say, we never made it. It is now 4 years later and to celebrate college graduations we planned a family trip (now with 3 additional members) to the finger lakes. This time we made it! The property was wonderful! It is located right on Seneca Lake, complete with several kayaks (which we used) and a fire ring (which we also used) and plenty of chairs for everyone. The 4 bedrooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom which has a walk out balcony over looking the lake. At first, we thought parking was going to be an issue but there is more room than it looks. We had 4 cars and no problems. As for location, it is on the lower 1/3 of the lake, just off of the main highway making it easy to get to Watkins Glen (20 minutes away) for hiking and access to the many wineries in that region. Communication was excellent. Before arriving we were emailed check in and check out information along with various instructions on where items were located. We did have a couple of questions after checking in and the response was super fast. If you can't tell by now, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

I stayed here with 3 other couples for a weekend away. We loved it, wonderful home in a wonderful location! Our host was wonderful and very communicative! Everyone wants make this an annual trip at this same home ! We will be back!

We loved our stay here! We rented with two other couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the fire pit and dock and even though it was a bit cold our weekend, it was still an amazing outdoor space for hanging out. My one and only complaint is lack of supplies on the kitchen. We had plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans but no spices or other things like that. It worked out fine but just something to be aware of before you go so you can pack your own. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were a group of friends who like to drink wine. We had a great time visiting wineries, touring the area and enjoying this lovely home. It was a perfect location. We even were able to building a fire and enjoyed drinking pumpkin martinis. Thank you you sharing your home.

This is our 2nd girls trip to the finger lakes but 1st at this property. We really loved the location and especially the lakefront views. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. The living area is perfect for game nights. Our only very minor negative was the coffee maker, which could probably use replacing. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely return. We hope to come back next year!

This home had a great location, right in the water and close to the wineries. We all genuinely enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was there was not enough of the basics, toilet paper, only 2 dishwashing tabs left for us (for 10 people eating 2 meals a day for 4 days) or trash bags. We ended up going and buying some just to complete our stay. The beds also were very worn, but we made the best. We absolutely would rent this property again.

What an amazing home! The location was ideal for us. Contacting and communication with owner was very easy and welcoming. We could not have asked for anything more!

Clean and updated since our last visit.

We were very impressed with the property and thought it was perfect for a big group. Most amenities were easy to find, though I recommend labeling the drawers in the kitchen (and the grill desperately needs a cleaning). The yard was the best part - the kayaks were in great condition and the dock was amazing to sit on in the morning and night. The only downside to our weekend was the neighbor. The neighborhood has some very cramped driveways, and this house has a very awkward/steep one that is basically adjoining with the neighbor’s. On the day of our checkout, the neighbor was standing outside his home (right next to our cars) and staring at us menacingly, checking his watch, supposedly waiting for us to leave. This was well before our scheduled checkout and and we were not blocking his car from leaving. Guy was very weird and hostile and wouldn’t stop staring at us. Wouldn’t talk to us when we said hello. He also had a violent gun-related shirt on (“My gun is a cordless hole puncher”) which really didn’t help with the creep factor. I was the last one to leave, and he made sure to tailgate me for nearly 10 minutes, even around sharp corners. Really ruined my morning.

We had a great time at the house. We had 6 adults and 4 little kids, and it was the perfect amount of space. The yard was nice for the kids. We enjoyed taking walks down the quiet street. There are restaurants and lots of wineries nearby.

We had the most wonderful time with our family at Casa diVino! The home was clean and perfectly set up for family time. The yard was big with a nice little beach for our two year old niece to wade in. The property felt very private and there was plenty of places to sit with family or independently. I really enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock in the mornings enjoying my coffee. On one day, we took a quick walk to to Sweet Farm animal sanctuary and had a private tour. The kids loved interacting with the animals! Walking in the other direction there were a couple of nice looking restaurants. This place was a perfect place to reconnect with family and we hope to stay again next year. Janet was a wonderful host with quick communication. Thank you!

Pictures do not do it justice, it’s more beautiful when sitting down at a fire on the lawn and looking out over the water then imagined. Rooms were comfortable, the view from the top deck when waking up is spectacular. Awesome place I hope to book it again next year.

What a gem of a property. Our group of friends decided to have a guys weekend out in the FLX and this house had it all. Gorgeous views, plenty of room to hang out and unwind from our hectic lives. We will definitely be back. Can not say enough about this property!
