Overall was a beautiful, spacious, well cleaned home! Have rented several houses on VRBO and this by far was the cleanest house yet! Super close to the beach, we were able to walk back and forth from the beach and the house to use the restrooms or pick up forgotten items! Very quiet neighborhood! We were able to fit a Nissan Murano and Nissan Rogue sport in the garage no problem! Our stay was mainly for a sports tournament held in Escondido CA, but for those family members that stayed behind, they had so many stores, restaurants, and activity places available to pass the time! Only complaint is that we saw two spiders in the down stairs bedroom (which is understandable since it’s ground level) and one in the living room by the couch! Thankfully no one got bit and turned into Spider-Man but definitely recommend a good pest control spray. Other than that everything else was perfect !! Thank you! Would definitely recommend this house to everyone and anyone staying in mission beach, pacific beach San Diego! To the owners, thank you again for such a beautiful home , giving us a wonderful family experience!

The house is as depicted.

Location is perfect almost center between mission beach and Pacific beach. It is far away enough from the crowded beach but close enough walk to all the excitement. Beautiful views from the balconies. Home layout was a little awkward but workable. Each level has a bathroom which was definitely a plus. The home has pretty much everything you need for a beach getaway including beach chairs, shades, kids sand toys, beach towels. The cleaning fee was steep for what you get, the home was not dirty but could definitely get a deep cleaning.

Over all experience was good, there was one thing that was puzzling. One day upon returning to the place a lady was there trying to put in a new tv. She was at the wrong location not sure how she gained access. The 2nd floor balcony was nice and the Christmas lights were fun.

Very nice house close to the beach. Very quiet but close to the beach. Lots of room with many beds. Can sleep 9 people. Garage could easily fit a 2013 Highlander. Perfect house to relax!

Well stocked, clean, and so close to the beach.

I highly recommend 723 Windemere. The house was so close to beach, you can see, feel and hear the ocean from the second floor balcony. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. VERY well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for 8 people. My only complaints would be difficult parking. Garage was plenty wide, but not deep enough. Hard to fit a mini van. Also hard to control the temperature throughout the house. Third floor was very hot and we were not allowed to open those windows. Bedroom in basement was very cold, we had to use space heater as we couldn't get furnace to turn on. Other than that, we loved our stay. Any questions I had for clarifications were answered very quickly via text.

It’s a nice place. Clean and no major issues. The garage was snug with a small car and small suv.

We made a last minute change to Mission Beach to avoid the oil spill area. We were very lucky to find this home last minute. It was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen and garage. Lots of beach toys, umbrellas, everything you need to have a great time on the beach. The prop mgmt company is so helpful and friendly and very responsive to questions we had about the area. I highly recommend this home.

Place has a good layout and easy access to the north end of mission beach. You’re about 1 mile from Belmont Park if that’s your thing. Ralphs is walking distance and lots of nice spots to eat within minutes. Plenty of sleeping room. Nice ocean view from the main floor (2nd).

Our family of four had a great stay at this beach house! The pictures were accurate, and the location was exactly as described - steps from Mission Beach, and just a short walk to Mission Bay. Area was quiet in the evenings. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and 710 team was extremely responsive. Check in was really smooth and seamless. Will definitely rent from 710 Vacation Rentals again!

This house is in a perfect location with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There were a lot of spices for cooking which was wonderful!

Very nice property just a few houses away from the sand and surf. Close enough to see and hear it from the balcony, but with a little bit of privacy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and garage. Great location...Lots of fun places to eat, shop and have fun within walking distance or a short drive.

We have been renting vacation homes in San Diego for 20 years and never have we had such an easy process. Our check in instructions and codes were text to us before our arrival and we even got to get in early...! The house was immaculate just as advertised. No issues and check out was easy. We will be using 710BR.COM again for sure!

Our stay at Windermere 723 was wonderful. It accomodated our two families of four. We loved having the kids upstairs. We were a close walk to everything. The house was fully stocked with great kitchen equipment. Everything was great. The managing company has great communication and is very attentive. 5 stars all the way around!

We were hesitant to travel (2020 in a nutshell) but really needed some beach vibes so packed up the family and drove to SD from Scottsdale. Easy check-in and the home was super clean when we arrived. We couldn't figure out the TV right away but management was quick to help. Location was perfect, only negative was the construction that we had to walk by when going to the Bay. We'll be back, it was just what we needed!

Excellent spot! Shower handle broke but maintenance was right there address and didn't interrupt anything. Great spot to the 'drag', beach and boardwalk. Washing machine was a little funky smelling but not my problemo! Loved the Tom Sellers artwork!!!

Overall experience was very good. Location and facilities were excellent. Only complaint is that the listing says garage is 16 ft long. I called 2 weeks before and explained I needed an exact measure, which will impact the car i rent. I was told that an exact measure was made in the past few months and it is exactly 16 feet, This was NOT accurate, it was well over 17 ft and it negatively impacted our stay as we rented a smaller car and the small size was a problem in many ways.

We were taken care of perfectly for our entire stay. The proactiveness of this 710 team made us their top priority. When an unexpected leak required that we choose a different property - we were offered 4 amazing choices that were either the same or better than our original choice. Everything was as promised. Perfectly Done!!

We had a wonderful stay for a surprise 40th birthday getaway. Plenty of space and privacy for multiple families/ groups with 3 full bathrooms. Only complaint was a full sized bed on bottom level. Not quite large enough for a couple. Well appointed house with all you need, including beach equipment. The walk to the beach was so easy, like a dream. Loved going to Woody's for morning coffee on the board walk. Plenty of time in the water and great night life.

Location is awesome, home is extremely close to water, walk out the front door and you are standing on the beach in one minutes time. We drove from San Francisco and once we parked our car we didn’t need it for anything till we left for our drive home. Home is very comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and even beach gear stocked in the garage, We would rent this place again in a flat second. ❤️✌️
