The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Great location for everything you might need while in Las Cruces, but tucked away on a quiet street.
The house and property was very clean.

The home is located in the center of tow it was perfect for our trip

We had to go to Cruces for a funeral with short notice. We were also traveling with our dogs. Jesse was so kind and accommodating, we got in to town an hour before the funeral and he let us check in early so we could drop the dogs off (funeral was at noon).
House was beautiful, easy to find, check in instructions were straight forward. The yard was perfect size for the dogs.
Highly recommend this property.

Place was fine. Kitchen utensils and cookware a little sparse but everything else was good. Had issue with back sliding door not locking though.

We had a very nice stay at The Blue Mountain House. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and had every amenity we could have asked for. We worked at the house for 3 days and the wifi connection was great. The beds were very comfortable, too. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in Las Cruces for an extended period of time.

Clean, well stocked townhome in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Home was nice, with open living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms were good size. House is centrally located, close to university, and local stores, and restaurants. It could use some deep cleaning, couches had a sweat smell, probably from prior guests. We were peovided a code for front door, it worked well. Also given a key for security gate, but could not use it, the lock needs to be lubricated, I was afraid to use it, it was to hard to even turn the key. Didn’t want to break it. House is nice, I do recommend it.

Just us two and our four legged fur ball but we would have been just as comfortable if joined by another couple. Loved the open space design and allowance to use garage. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to Oregon Mountains.

We took a trip in January to get some sun and ride bikes with our dogs. This place was a great affordable place to stay for the week. I'd be happy to stay again.

Great location and affordable. Kitchen was excellent and bathrooms were perfect. Loved the big screen TV too.

The property was very clean, and the communication with the owner was stellar. I didn't give the property a 5 star because there was no soap in the bathrooms -hand or bar. There are no hairdryers either. The beds were comfortable.

We really liked this house. It was very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The only draw back was the barking dogs on the other side of the yard. This is out of the owners control but still affected our stay a bit because our dogs were distracted when we needed them to go outside and potty. Overall great place though.

This was my first experience staying at a VRBO and it convinced me to always check availability of VRBO before checking out hotels when I travel. I could not have been more pleased! Jesse was always very reachable for any questions or requests I had. This property was perfect for our visit to Las Cruces! We traveled with my daughter's dog and this place had a cute backyard. It was spacious, the beds were very comfy, it was located right near the freeway and the mall, the kitchen was amazing and it had every amenity that you could need. And the price was better than the hotel close by!! Couldn't have been a better experience.

This property was clean and beautiful. The owner answered all my questions quickly and was very accommodating. I will be staying here again!

This property is close to the University and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The living room and kitchen are huge! The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath near the mall and NMSU
Fence back yard, for pet play. Grill was great. Kitchen has been remodeled and is so quaint.
