It was good except no handicap parking

The place location is perfect but the condo itself needs improvement. Kitchen chairs are flaken off, floor was not swept, toilet had mold, like it haven't been cleaned in while. I had to clean it because I am sensitive to mold. Other than that the place is nice and perfect location.

Enjoyed our stay. A couple of maintenance issues such as door to front master bath does not lock, piece of trim by front door is broken and laying on the floor, and benches and barstools are peeling. Shower in master felt slimy and the shower curtain was moldy. Wished the coffee maker was bigger to accommodate the amount of coffee drinkers staying in the condo. Otherwise there was plenty of room for our family and really liked being so close to the beach.

The location was perfect and the beach was so beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning was everything! I’m so happy we chose this place to stay! It was everything we wanted and the host was awesome ! 😊

We stayed there last week & it was a perfect spot for my husband, parents, siblings, nephew, & aunt! Easy walk to the beach, and plenty of room for us to gather as a group as well as have individual privacy. I'd just recommend there being more shower towels in the unit, but that was no biggie

The place was nice and updated. Very close to beach and convenient to be able to run back to the room for food or nap. The only reason for 4 starts is because several things need to be replaced. The bench at the table and chairs at bar are peeling. It would stick to our pants or shorts and also fall on the floor. 3 tvs in the house didn’t work, the fan in the bedroom next to the living room didn’t work, the bathroom next to the kitchen doesn’t lock, and the shower curtain had mold on it. We tried washing the dishes in the dishwasher 3 times and had to end up washing them all by hand. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The locals who live in the condos were super sweet and shared their eclipse glasses with us.

unit has been remodeled recently. Beds were comfortable and location was great. It would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner because sweeping up sand is a chore esp since floor is about the same color. Laundry room was just down the hall. Coffee maker is only a 4 cup unit, so if u have more than 4 people, waiting for coffee is time consuming. Also, no filters were left for the same pot. We would stay here again for 👍.

We had a good stay at Emerald Isle. Big spacious condo, so we didn't feel cramped at all. The overall facility is a little dated, but was clean. Our only dislike was that the condo did not have a washer/dryer in the unit, but laundry facilities were just down the walkway.
