This is basicly a nice hotel with a good location, beautiful views and surroundings, precious half board, bright and clean rooms, a nice garden and pool area and generally rather OK staff and service. We really appreciated the generous breakfasts and dinners but our absolute favourite were the wonderful afternoon buffet between 2 and 5 pm and its´ many delicious desserts. Our compliments to Mattia in the bar for excellent service!

The room that we got didn´t at all match the description of our reservation made long time in advance. Our reservation explicitly was for a room with a balcony or terrace, a mountain view of the Sasso Lungo and a third bed 90-130 cm wide. We had chosen and paid for a superior room just to get all this but didn´t get anything of it despite our protests at arrival. Our room was to the rear with no view at all, there was no terrace or balcony and the third bed turned out to be only 75 cm wide and not more than 180 cm. We got only non acceptable excuses and offers of alternatives from the front desk manager and no compensation at all. The response we got were that all rooms in the hotel are different and that we got a sauna and a whirl pool instead. As we have these amenities at home this wasn´t anything that we wanted and particularly not in the summer. The alternatives that we were offered were not better; a much smaller room with some kind of mountain view and a side balcony but a smaller third bed and no space for another extra bed or to make an upgrade to some kind of premium room for 900 Euros!!! I´m also completely sure that there were better but perhaps more expensive rooms available most of the days during the week but maybe not the last days. We find the attitude shown towards us from the hotel and its´front desk manager completely unacceptable. We enjoyed our stay but the hotel didn´t at all deliver what we had paid for so we are terribly disappointed. Further more just som minor details. You should know that there is no lift/elevator in the hotel (we stayed at the top floor). The policy concerning the wine list is impossible to understand. Wines by the glass means only 10 cl and if you prefer a bottle the prices are extraordinary high even for simple or standard wines. The cheapest one at 30 Euros and almost no others under 50 Euros.

Location, Location, Location!! It’s a 4 min walk to the Col Raiser Lift and an amazing place to get back to after a day of hiking to relax by the pool or the spa/terrace. the dinner was amazing with a 6 course gourmet meal which was part of our booking and not expected at all! the entire staff was very attentive and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was a bit on the small side for 3 people. The pullout couch for a bed did not give much room for movement and the bathroom was quite small as well, only room for one person at a time. In addition our refrigerator did not work and even after multiple attempts to get the fridge fixed it never happened. and we were told it got swapped out which is wasn’t.

Stuff and breakfast - perfect. Large wellnes from 15 to 19 with 2 whirpools and 4 different saunas.

I expect espresso from coffee-machine, not from automat like from petrolstation.

A very nice hotel with kind and polite staff made our vacation wonderful. Very good services with an exceptional kitchen. I gladly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is perfect. Friendly staff, gorgeous dinner and service (it worth to take HB for sure), super hot sauna as it should be and enough parking place for all guests of the hotel.

The ski lift is far, so your need to drive or use hotel shuttle bus, but we knew about this before booking, so we were ok.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the "gourmet experience" and the food was excellent with one exception (see below). Nice covered balcony with great view. Stylish, clean well appointed room. Fabulous large ensuite spa bath. Right on the piste and a warm clean ski room with automatic doors! The spa was absolutely lovely with some very creative ideas (you must go in the cellar steam room - be prepared to jump out of your skin)!

The room would have been lovely for a couple but we had asked for an extra bed for our son and the small sofa was made up permanently - this meant we had to really squeeze sideways around it to get to the wardrobe and there was very little floorspace. The deserts were mostly uninspired and disappointing - ice cream, chocolate fountain, fruit and rather ordinary cakes. Definitely not up to the quality of the rest of the menu. Hot tubs could have been a bit hotter

All was good with the hotel but unfortunately I had to leave after one day, due to family emergency. Will be back later.
