Very helpful staff! Room was nice and clean. Bank, Café and convenience store at the ground floor

The gym equipment was quite old and some machines could not be used. I arrived very late and chatted with the hotel about late check in, they even wanted to send a taxi to the airport. No taxi came to pick me up and when arriving at the hotel nobody was there, they had to wake someone up. When arriving late make sure you are familiar with the location of the hotel, how to find the entry and check-in counter (as you have to go to 19th floor and there are no real signs to guide you)

A clean, spacious room, restaurants and cafes are available nearby, nice and helpful staff in the restaurant

Incorrect checkout time (12:00 - 13:00 on the website when checking in. Before noon, the room key became deactivated). The drainage was not functional in the shower room, which wasn't fixed even after requesting repair 3 times. No fridge in the room, which might not be convenient for a longer-term stay.

Не хватает холодильника в номере. И прям расстроило, что при бронирование был но но с 1-ой кроватью, по факту две кровати сдвинутые и без топера, с промежутком, очень неудобно! Причем я списывала и мне подтвердили, что есть одна кровать большая и есть номера с двумя кроватями. По факту получается, что в этой гостинице один номер с большой целой кроватью, остальные все раздельные! И конечно номер с большой кроватью занят и оказывается я забронировал не этот номер!Некрасиво дезинформировать и безумно дискомфортно было спасть с женой!

New and modern hotel, which is located in convenient neighborhood because there is a few places to eat and you can easily take tuktuk to the city centre. Hotel room was spacious, neat and tidy with extra drinks, check in was easy and stuff was kind and borrowed us EU outlet hanging. Highlight of the stay was the view on tower "Lotos".

On the hotel's website they offer airport shuttle, but when we asked they didn't give us any information about schedule, but they offered us private transport, which is not by definition airport shuttle.

Просторный номер. Горячая вода. Нет проблем с электричеством. Вид из окна, но окна грязные. Тренажерный зал - пустой, можно позаниматься одному, никто не мешает. Разрешили оставить багаж.

Номер современный, но уже подуставший, кое-что сломано, потерто. Плохая уборка - на полу грязь, волосы. Расположен в стороне от центра - долго ждать убер, но на прямой дороге в аэропорт. Из общепита рядом - пицца хат, бариста. В отеле кафе и ресторан.

Under unforeseen circumstances, I found myself needing a late check-out. Sudewa, a member of the front office staff, was incredibly accommodating and granted my request, despite being informed earlier that it wouldn't be possible. His exceptional hospitality and service are indescribable, and I extend my wishes for his future endeavors. The check-in process was seamless as well. Our dinner, served on a traditional clay plate, was nothing short of delightful. Hatch, renowned as a leading co-working company, surprised me with their expertise in the tourism and hospitality sector, providing guests with flawless service. Kudos to them!

The toilet seat was stained just as we checked in; it would be better if the housekeeping team could replace it with a new one in Room 206!

Высокий этаж, с которого открывается панорамный вид на Коломбо. Номера чистые, опрятные, кондиционер работает очень хорошо. Отель очень современный, есть бесплатная парковка, рядом кафешки для завтрака.

В ночнике отсутствовала лампочка. Не критично.

No hot shower. Floor drain clogged and water running everywhere. Asked for a cold beer at the restaurant and they only had one kind and tried to serve it to .e warm even though I was the only guest. On my four weeks and seven hotels in Sri Lanka it was The worst one. Spoke to the manager and he could not have cared less.

Its modern hotel, ok for couple nights stay. Beads are comfortable and cleanness is ok. It's 19th floor, so the view thru the window is nice.

Staff was ok, but some times hard to communicate with. Hotel is far from the city center and neighbourhood is not very pleasent. Missing any nice places to eat or cafees and nothing interesting to do in the area.

Auf dem Bettlaken große gelbe Flecken, Tür war kaputt und ging nicht auf, Zimmerkarte war anfangs defekt, sehr weit außerhalb, Personal komplett distanzlos. Gym hatte nie auf obwohl wir die Unterkunft nur deswegen gebucht haben. Preis Leistung eine absolute Frechheit, so viel zahlt man nicht mal in Europa für so ein unterdurchschnittliches Hotel.

Новый бизнес центр, мебель и сантехника рабочая, новая. Большой телевизор, удобные кровати и чистое новое постельное белье. Большие белоснежные полотенца. Гладильная доска и утюг очень пригодились. Красивый современный интерьер. ВСЕ СУППЕР!!! Особенно понравилась сотрудница на рецепшн, милая улыбчивая очень внимательная девушка! На первом этаже супермаркет, кофейня и пиццерия , все под рукой! Благодарим за комфортный отдых!

В душевой не правильно выполнен уклон на полу, вода бежит под ноги к раковине, приходилось стелить полотенце и отжимать воду, после приема душа… это пожалуй единственный маленький минусик😊
