No checkin details were sent 48hrs before arrival time as stated in the booking details. I was first over charged by the property which later fixed but at that time I wanted to cancel but felt it was too late. There’s no one onsite to checkin so the instructions were greatly needed ahead of time. No secured windows. There’s a sort of a metal frame up to the window seal where a glass window should be to securely feel safe. Nothing was as it stated in the details. Definitely fraudulent. The location was sketchy. Hair was rubbed everywhere. Mold was everywhere. There were ants throughout the room, especially in the bathroom. Very unsanitary. The room was very outdated with worn out rugs. The table was severely damaged, and the TV didn’t work. Come to find out, when leaving back out, the TV was unplugged. No correct wifi provided in the booking details. Nothing is secured. The entry gate, that was said in the booking details would be closed, remained opened and was open upon arrival. No actual breakfast. The rooftop terrace was dirty with trash all around, damaged, and it was closed and plunge pool was covered. NOTHING was what it showed in the photos or the description. Highly misleading and deceptive. This was a hostel, not a boutique hotel. I was bamboozled.

No real windows in the room and shower, so we could hear everything that was happening outside, including people talking. Trash bins were outside of our room (next to the not real windows); therefore, when someone was dumping trash, we heard the whole thing.

It was centrally located, beautifully decorated, and roomy enough for my family. The host were very responsive when I reached out.

The water would only get lukewarm at best. The internet wasn’t consistent and lead to more family than I anticipated. Seemingly there were no instructions around staff or fresh linens.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms, common areas and balconies were clean, comfortable and welcoming (beautiful decor). Shower always had hot water. Self serve breakfast and kitchen was great (especially convenient with kids). The location felt safe, convinience stores and restaurants within 10 minute walk. Old San Juan was about 10 minute drive and Escambron beach about 5 minute drive. Hotel does not have parking but we never had trouble finding parking on the street. Check in and check out was efficient. The host is very nice and responsive. The whole atmosphere of this place makes you feel like you're on vacation, would definitely stay again!

The only inconvenience was the wifi didn't work for us so couldn't watch the TVs in the rooms.

The location was very convenient to everything, the two bedroom apartment was clean and acceptable and when we needed to contact the the hosts they responded quickly.

The breakfast wasn't what we expected.👎 We were in the first floor, the bathroom has a window without curtain and by the 4 day of our stay at the next door property second floor was a man cleaning the patio and obviously he was able to see through the window. We covered the window with a towel but that was very uncomfortable, it is privacy issue. The owner should know that the bathroom needs a curtain.

Loved my quick stay here! The room was clean and quiet. It's centrally located near a great coffee place. Has a beautiful side yard that is lite at night and pretty cool.
