My large family, which ranges from 5 months-80’s, all had the best time at Eventide! This house is spectacular. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We spent most of our time on the large deck where there is plenty of seating, a pool and grill. We loved being on the lagoon to fish and swim and it was shallow enough for the little ones. The walk to the gulf was not bad and directly across the street from the house. It was nice to have both options. Checkin was a breeze and the owner was readily available if we had needed anything. Eventide was exactly what our family needed for a week long vacation!

We travel as a family once a year. There’s 11 of us of all age ranges. This house had the perfect floor plan for our family. The lagoon beach area was quiet, private and had plenty of sea life for us to enjoy. We kayaked and paddle boarded, played in the sand and had the best vacation yet. The beach access was across the street and although we’ve never not stayed beach front, we did not miss it one bit. The pool located right outside the main living area made life with a toddler so much easier. The view from every room was beautiful. Charles was quick to respond to all of my questions and made check in super easy on us. 10/10 experience!!

This house was perfect for our large extended family. Came with double oven/stoves, double refrigerator, and double dishwasher. Plenty of pace for littles to nap, kids to play and adults to hang out. We had a beautiful view of the sunset in the lagoon and close to the beach.

Awestruck from the moment we walked in the door! This is an amazingly beautiful home. As our guest all arrived at different times, we thoroughly enjoyed seeing each reaction as the way came in. The elevator was such a smart thing to do. Most of our family were in their 70s & 80s so coming up and down and unloading luggage was so much easier. Getting to the gulf was a bit of a hike over the dunes, but we all made it! If we decide to do a large family gathering like this again we would absolutely book again!

This place is perfect! The kids loved the heated pool and fishing in the private lagoon, the house has everything you need and the beach is just across the street. We loved that the beach was private and quiet away from the busy crowd.

Great house for a large group. Our varsity baseball team had a great week! Owner was great to work with, responded quickly to all questions, even worked with us on adding a last minute extra night!

We absolutely loved this house! This was our first vacation to Gulf Shores and it couldn’t have went any more perfect. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but Charles was replying right away and getting everything ready for us. He was spectacular at communication! The home is BEAUTIFUL! We had a very large group and many kids and it was MORE than enough room. The kids loved having the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The beach is a quick walk across the street and very relaxing and calm. The drive into the shops and restaurants is quick and easy. We felt very at home and safe in this location and can’t wait to return to gulf shores again!

Buddies golf trip. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Views of the ocean and intercoastal. Great smart tv stereo setup in the living room. Watched TopGun in full stereo…

For a brand new property, it was very clean and the process from start to finish was really easy. Plenty of room to spread out with sand right behind you and the beach right across the street. Not far from all the activity. I would highly recommend this property and with the one issue we had, the owner contacted us immediately and had it resolved within minutes.

The house was gorgeous. They had everything you would need for the kitchen. They had a great place to grill. Charles was very helpful everytime we needed him. He was great to work with. I would suggest this place to anyone.

Hard to describe how great this home was for our family reunion. Plenty of bed space-full appointed kitchen with all the plates, silverware, cooking utensils........ one could want to host our reunion. Beautiful location with an owner sincerely looking to help before and during our stay. I could go on about the many amenities (Elevator, pool, dual refrigerators, dish washers......... ) but will close with a definite must stay at this home if your travel plans have you coming to Gulf Shores. 5 Stars all around!!!

This property was beautiful and very clean! I hosted my small wedding at this location. We hosted around 40 people and had room for everyone. The space was beautiful. The lagoon was relaxing and it was nice to have access to the gulf side as well. The host was very responsive and readily available. Overall it was a great place to stay and a beautiful trip!

This was the perfect house for our families to get together. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Everyone is all ready talking about next year and having it at the same house. This trip and house was a unanimous 10 out of 10!

Family trip with 12 senior citizens (1 with a walker and others with mobility issues!). Each couple had own bedroom/bathroom! Elevator was certainly a necessity.

Our group of tennis ladies stayed in this fabulous home for a tennis tournament in Gulf Shores. There are really no words to describe this house. It is absolutely perfect in every way. Spacious, nice and comfortable decor, amenities, etc…. And the kitchen!!! A chef’s dream…if only I had the time to cook there…. All the kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils, and plenty for a large group. The owners have really thought of everything. The location is perfect as well. Close to everything but not in the middle of everything. The views are spectacular as well…the sunset… As I stated earlier, really no words…Perfection!!

This spot was ideal for our family. We picked it to host a small wedding/family vacation. Family members ranged from seniors to toddlers and included teens. The layout allowed for just the right amount of division between family units and we all had a great time. I was particularly impressed with the host who was hospitable and accomodating.

This property was amazing!! There was 25 women and we had more than enough space to move around and sleep!! This was the perfect location!! Direct access to lagoon, beach, and shopping! We did not have any issues at all. Everything worked properly and was as the owner stated it would be. I wish the owner had property in other places. We would plan a vacation in those areas as well. Definitely would recommend this property to others!

The beach house was amazing. It was spacious. It was clean. It had an elevator(!) which was used by our older parents. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately answered by the owner. Being close to both the Little Lagoon and the Gulf ocean had its benefits.

Our family chose this beautiful home for our annual beach vacation. There were 12 adults, 8 teenagers, and 2 children. This house has plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked. The men loved the outdoor kitchen. The elevator was a plus! Every room in this house has an amazing view of water. The pool was perfect for cooling off and watching the incredible sunsets over the lagoon. The lagoon beach was private and we spent just as many days on the lagoon beach as we did on the gulf beach. The guest closet under the house was great to store our beach gear. It even had 2 beach wagons and a couple of chairs for us to use. The gulf beach was absolutely amazing, basically your own private beach and not crowded at all. We loved this house so much that we are looking to rent again for next year! Especially since the owner was so responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Definitely goes above and beyond to ensure your trip is nothing but amazing. Thank you for such great hospitality!

The house is incredible. Just out of a magazine. There were 11 of us : Parents, 3 Adult kids and 6 grandkids (ages 33, 28, 24, 23, 13,and 10) and everyone had an awesome time together. The private beach on the lagoon just changed the rating from 10 to a 20. The location was perfect, plenty of room, street accessible to the ocean, private pool . What more would anyone want!

Great location for our team of 17 to stay while attending a conference nearby. Some of the comments from our team members: -It was fabulous -Very pleased with our stay and the amenities provided in the home. -Maybe clearer directions to beach access -It was wonderful. -The house was really well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the labels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. -Having an elevator was a blessing for me! I don't know That I would have made it without one. -It was great -I enjoyed my stay. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to accommodate a large group or family. -Kitchen was great and having the washer and dryer was great. It would have been nice to use the pool for those who couldn't get down to the beach. Everything else was great. -I have no complaints. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone. The location was great. The house itself was really nice if we could do it all over again. I would choose it again.
