Loved staying here and we miss it already! Lucia was very kind and welcoming. the property was beautiful and it really felt like a home away from home. We will absolutely be coming back!

Dear Lucia, thank you for having a great time at the Podere Casanuova. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoying the sun at the pool. You were really helpful, if we had any requests. Fantastic property 2,5 km outside SG. We stayed in Gilvus apartment 2 adults and 1 child. We particularly enjoyed the quietness on the countryside. Had own private terrace looking directly towards SG with the distinct towers. The pool was a proper size (app 14m*7m) - each apartment has own sun beds and shade.

Can’t point anything we didn’t like. In fact we extended our stay with additionally 3 days than originally planned. A proposal for future could be to install e.g table tennis or a basketball stand for kids - there is plenty of space.

This place was so amazing I don’t know where to start. The host was fantastic. She was very responsive and was able to help us with anything we needed. The apartment is very relaxing and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had everything to prepare meals, the living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were also very nice. The property itself is gorgeous. We spent quite a bit of time just walking around and enjoying the views of San Gimignano and the olive trees. One morning we saw a family of deer run through the valley. The drive is about 5 minutes to San Gimignano and it’s not difficult to get to nearby wineries or cities like Sienna, Florence, or Pisa. I could easily spend my entire Italy vacation here. Some of the other guests love the hotel so much they come yearly for two weeks. It was fantastic!
