Brilliant location within the walled city of Magusa, free car park across the road is ever so convenient. The properly has recently been restored to a high standard with comfortable beds and bedding. Best breakfast ever, no request is too much for our host, the lovely Asli and her husband. Definitely will be staying again whenever we visit Magusa.

Perfect location near the walls and all local amenities. Nice comfy beds and well decorated rooms. Walking distance from Varosha. Lovely friendly owner who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are looked after and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast - well worth the money and owner catered for my gluten free needs. Would 100% recommend to stay here.

La colazione è quasi un brunch, dove a parte da bere ti portano loro delle specialità turche. La camera era bella, di gusto, ma a piano terra con finestra direttamente sulla strada, il che non garantiva grande privacy. Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Nella camera c'erano accappatoi che abbiamo usato con piacere

This is a newly refurbished property better described as a boutique hotel. Although we stayed in the cheapest room, it was beautifully presented with real attention to detail. The ensuite was clean and modern and beautiful. Facilities were everything we needed, including tea and coffee and fresh fruit. There is ample parking adjacent to the hotel.

Nothing really, apart from the fact that our room was next to the road, although that wasn’t busy and didn’t really disturb us.

The rooms and the hotel have been expertly refurbished to a very high standard.The breakfast was excellent.The owners and staff are very nice people. The hotel is very clean. The location is excellent about 3 minutes from restaurants.The cathedrals are close by

Zeker een aanrader, alles is perfect. Lieve mensen, mooie en schone kamer. Perfecte locatie en goed en lekker ontbijt. Als ik ooit nog een terug ben op deze plek kom ik hier zeker terug

Herşey güzel beklentilerimizi karşıladı ancak kahvaltı süper. Tesis sahibi İbrahim bey ve eşi Aslı hanım gerçekten çok nazik ve iyi bir evsahibi , burada her konuda bizzat kendileri yardımcı oluyor ve kahvaltıda kendi bahçe ve çiftliklerinde yetiştikleri ürünleri sunuyorlar.

This was a wonderful find. Located within the city walls, close to all the archeological sites as well as cafes and restaurants. The room is tastefully furnished, clean and very functional. Easy check in, great breakfast. Thanks so much, Asli and team!

Everything was amazing

Everything! It’s location within the ancient walled town of Famagusta was perfect and a minutes walk from all the beautiful churches/mosques, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. A few minutes from the port and an easy walk to Varosha (although we did take the car purely cos it was so hot!). The rooms were spotlessly clean, the owners thought of everything, lovely tea and coffee making facilities, water in the fridge, extra pillows, Egyptian cotton, duvets do you can get Cody whilst still having the excellent air con full blast! Comfy beds, very modern bathroom with a huge walk in shower… oh and the breakfasts??? Omg… the BEST Cypriot breakfast we’ve ever had, followed by the most amazing Turkish coffee. The owners are the friendliest people and it was lovely to talk to them! They say many guests leave as friends and I can see why. We would happily have stayed longer than our 2 nights, but we had forward bookings to fulfill on our tour around Cyprus. Highly recommended. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything! Great location, lovely family run guest house. Room was perfect and bathroom. Hosts were more then attentive and the breakfast was fabulous. Will recommend anyone to stay here. All within reach of shops and resturaunts

The place had just been revamped, everything was brand new, Also location,right inside the walls,park the car and 1 min from shops and bars.

There was nothing that we didn't like,because it had only just reopened the roof top seating area wasn't open but that's not a criticism.

The self check in was great, clear instructions were given. The room was lovely, modern, clean & with all amenities needed. Included a hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, a fridge & water. The bed/pillows were very comfortable, a lot of thought has gone into setting the rooms up. Location was amazing, right in the centre & walking distance to restaurants/bars. The owners were very nice & helpful.

What a super place the Royal Goddess Guest House is. Such a warm and friendly welcome from Asli and Sultan. The bed was so comfy and the room was spotless. A superb breakfast choice, even the fussiest of eaters would be well catered for. I would certainly recommend staying here if you are visiting Famagusta.

Without any doubt, our stay at Royal Goddess' was the best of our trip in Cyprus. Great location, warm welcome, brand new room, confortable and quiet, very nice breakfast .... thank you !

Everything was excellent. We were so lucky to find this little gem and will definitely be returning in the near future. Asli and her whole family were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, absolutely delightful. Thank you.
