We love it like always, great view, great stay, we will be back again!

We returned to this condo after a wonderful trip the year before. It is an extra special location with views of turtles and surfers through the extra large windows. The inside was so comfortable from the beds to the sofa. There were some beautiful new furniture pieces (dressers) that looked like pieces of art with carvings. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a cooler to get our ice cream home from the nearby market. Enjoy!

This was overall a wonderful stay. The owners were extremely responsive and communication was excellent. The setting is ideal if you are interested in snorkeling on the west side, with the entrance to Honokeana Cove literally steps away and Kapalua just a short walk north. Napili Beach is extremely accessible from here. The condo unit is very nice. Check-in was really easy. The place would benefit from a few updates and minor fixes but overall is in very good shape, at the upper end of the various vacation rental units that we've stayed in, and the master bed was very comfortable and NOT a Tempur-pedic mattress, which is a plus for us. Cleaning is listed as every four days in the check-in information but the resort cleaning staff actually stopped by every three days, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was just the perfect stay!

We spent 10 days there at the end of August and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with amazing views of the sunsets. In case you need any service, you just call the front desk and they take care of it. We really enjoyed cooking our meals and eating on the balcony/lanai with those great sunset views. In addition to the kitchen, the gas grills on the property were spotless as they were seriously cleaned every night. The property is less than a 10 minute drive to the stairs for slaughterhouse Beach and about a half mile walk from the trailhead for the Kapalua coastal trail which leads to the Mahana trail. But as others have said, the snorkeling and views right outside the unit are tremendous and we found ourselves enjoying being at the unit more than we anticipated. Lastly, the bed I in the loft was very comfortable and we slept great.

We couldn’t have been happier with the condo for our weeklong-stay in Maui. Lovely, comfortable, well-appointed, great view— and we loved snorkeling with the sea turtles just outside.

I think all of us cried when we had to leave. This is by far the best property that I have stayed in while in Napili. The location is absolutely amazing, and the condo is perfect! Perfect! Susan and Tom have a Gem of a property. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We chose this property to be close to the cove of turtles—-it was a bucket list item for my daughter to swim with the sea turtles. And we all did! This property was clean, well stocked, and in a nice location close to beaches and some restaurants. The owners were very accessible and helpful. I highly recommend!

The condo and resort are simply amazing. The views, the snorkeling in the bay, access to amazing restaurants, a great beach within walking distance…everything you need is right here. The condo has every possible thing you could need to enjoy your stay. We all loved it here and highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Maui.

We spent a week at Napili Point and it was perfect. The condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking, relaxing. The air conditioning is wonderful and rare to have the ability to cool the entire condo in Hawaii. Also, being on Honokeana Bay is fantastic for snorkeling with sea turtles everyday. Not to mention the proximity to great swimming and snorkeling at Napili Bay. We will be back!

A few things to know are that the master is actually in the loft, so privacy wasn’t ideal, but seeing the ocean from bed was pretty rad. A funny thing is the light switch for the shower/toilet room isn’t in that room. Took us the whole 7 day stay to get used to that. And if that’s as close to a complaint as we can get, you know it’s a 5-star place. My wife isn’t into swimming with fish but she was able to sit on the balcony and see the turtles and watch us snorkel. She even guides us to a few turtles we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. :). Would be stoked to stay here again should we ever manage to find our way back to this garden spot.

We stayed here for 11 days and it was so relaxing! Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a location close to grocery and sight seeing. Owers were super helpful, quick to respond and the welcome basket was unexpected treat. We hope to stay here next time we are in Maui! Renee

This condo is just amazing! Walking in you se the beautiful cove and view of the ocean. It just takes your breathe away. Even at night, we all enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The interior of the condo is furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful week long stay and would come back here!

It was a great place very quiet and peaceful!! Just what we were looking for with our friends. The views off the lanai were amazing. Paradise!! Would definitely come back.

Turtles, whales, sunsets and quiet

I (age 47) stayed here with my husband, mother (age 70), and aunt (age 72) for my mom's bday. The condo is clean, well-supplied, and beautifully decorated. The view can't be beat. Communication from the owner and housekeeping were excellent. Gift basket upon arriving was such a treat. The upstairs loft is open to the lower level, so there's very little privacy and you can hear everything from downstairs. The patio was a bit too small for the 4 of us to eat comfortably - there is a nice hi-top cocktail table for 4, but it's really tight. But there is ample seating inside at the table. There is a cushioned lounge chair on the patio that is amazing for 1 person to sip a cocktail and watch the surfers. The bay out front is FULL of sea turtles and great for snorkeling, but it's hazardous to get in and out - I got numerous scrapes on the lava rocks and my mom and aunt didn't get in at all. I wouldn't recommend young kids get in either due to lack of safe access (there are 2 pools). There is a great little sandy beach within walking distance, but it doesn't have bathrooms and is bit of trek to carry down chairs, ice chests, snorkeling gear, etc. We loved walking to the Gazebo and bringing back take-out breakfast instead of waiting in the 2-hour line. We grabbed fish from the Fish Market just down the street and had amazing meals. Happy Hour at Maui Tacos just around the corner was a treat. And our vacation must-have was met: a community BBQ with a view for grilled hot dog lunches. The walking trail at Kapalua is really close. Walking from the condo was limited because the highway is pretty tight, so we had to drive somewhere to do our daily walks. I had a lot of video meetings to do during our stay, which was a challenge. The only area that can be made private is the front bedroom, but the wi-fi signal was weak and the noise from the gardeners/road was loud. My family has lived in Hawaii (myself - Kailua, Oahu; my mom - just above Kaanapali beach), so we knew what to expect and were happy. It was so nice to be away from the madness of the resort strips. For our next trip, my husband and I will probably stay at the resort next door by the beach and have my mom and aunt rent the condo so we can have the best of both worlds. Thanks to the owners for sharing this amazing spot!

We fell in love with Napili Beach years ago and this property was perfect! Loved overlooking the bay with all the turtles, snorkeled numerous times right out front of our unit! The binoculars came in handy when spotting whales farther out. Had dolphins swim right in the bay where others were snorkeling. Walking distance to other beaches as well. Kitchen is well stocked .......Water and ice in fridge so no need to buy bottled water - bring your own re-usable bottle! Really enjoyed a slower paced environment and not far from more active resorts south of here. Hosts were great to work with and communication was A+!

This location is perfect! The views, beaches, snorkeling, food/bars with walking distance, you really can not beat it! Easy parking, check-in, and very responsive and thoughtful host. You will see more turtles in one bay compared to anywhere else in Maui, right outside your door! We will be back!

The only thing that could have been better was the beach and sand outside our door! Otherwise everything was great from the view, the comfort of the condo, everything we could need at our fingertips!!

The property was exactly as described. Pictures do not do it justice. This was the most serene, idyllic view!!! I can’t say enough good things about the condo or the hosts. I will definitely return. There’s a slight walk to the beach about seven minutes . the surrounding area around the condo is absolutely gorgeous so you don’t mind the walk.

This was a great location, near the resort hotels where we attended a family wedding, yet had the convenience of family living at the condo.

Honestly what more can be said? Great property. Well maintained. All the essentials. Responsive owners. And the location was so far beyond our expectations words couldn’t do it justice. We’ve traveled a lot of places and this location was top three. We went down to Wailea for our last two nights after staying at Napili Point. We miss the condo. We can’t wait to be repeat customers. It exceeded every expectation we had.

This is a great location with amazing snorkeling right outside your condo. If you like to snorkel, this condo is right for you. Also the condo was well equipped and nice.
