We had a long weekend, and we were pleased with the place. They had all the bases covered. We will stay there differently again.

We were very comfortable in the residence. There were a few issues that occurred but when a text was sent they were quickly responded too. Our visitors remarked about how clean and well maintained the condo was. We were pleased with their comments. We stayed in this same address several years ago.

Location and views were amazing. Unique set up of the house and loved the master bed/bathroom touches. Garage parking and separate entrance was so nice. Had plenty of towels and dishes. Communication was great. Had a small drain issue in the bathroom and someone was over within the hour. Wish we could have stayed forever!

A lovely house steps from the sand. Beautiful finishes, lots of living space, and good airflow with the windows open, so lack of AC is no problem. The management company was responsive and helpful. I'd happily stay here again!

This place was great. Beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and pretty. Slept 8 with room to spare. We had a great time.

Very good fit for our family of 6.

We loved this home and had a great experience from start to finish! We arrived early and had rented some items for our baby and toddler from Baby’s Away and called to get the stroller early out of the home before the 4pm check in. We got an immediate response to our text and they had the stroller available for us within a half hour! The home is very comfortable and looks better in person than in the photos. The bedrooms are more spacious that the photos show. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and ate all but one meal in. There were lots of towels including beach towels for us to use. Although there’s no air conditioning, the windows have screens and there was always a nice breeze. Since we had little ones, the sound ordnance was helpful and the entire neighborhood was quiet as a mouse. We also got to see the fireworks everyday from Sea World from the upstairs window. The only problem we had while there was that the trash barrel was full when we arrived. I texted management and within the hour it was emptied. Also we forgot two of our little ones plush toys at the home. They found them and are mailing them to us! What a great home with excellent, responsive service! I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are comfortable and roomy. The master bedroom on the third floor is beautiful and the full size bathtub is perfect to relax in. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal to enjoy on the front balcony as you hear the waves echoing in the close distance. We loved our time here and give it high ratings ♥️

Management does a good job and we were actually able to get in a little early which was nice.

Very much enjoyed the home as it had easy access to both the bay and the ocean... bay side is great for small kids, there is a park with-in walking distance and then the ocean is a block away! No problems occurred and they had plenty of water toys for the kids. thank-you very much Steve

Best vacacion ever. The location was excellent. Large beach, big waves, surf, swimming. The "triangle" house was perfect for our crew. 3 couples plus 5 children (5 to 9). Mission beach is awsome. The home was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Really enjoyed the stay at this spacious beach house on Mission Beach / Bay. A super short walk to the beach, a great deck with a BBQ and spacious living quarters made it a great weekend+ to remember. Inside was very neat and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our party of eight was attending my cousins wedding at Point Arena Resort which was only 10 minutes away. My son and his wife and cousin and his wife (both couples in their 30s) Loved how close it was to gaslamp district,Belmont park , just about everything within 10 miles. The house was phenomenal like entering a model home with top of the line appliances and finishes. Love the contemporary feel. The beds were so comfortable, I came home and told my husband "we need to get new mattresses". We could see people playing volleyball on the beach from our deck. The fireplace warmed the room nicely in the cool evenings. My 86-year-old uncle was glad that once we got up the steps to the house ,that all bedrooms and living spaces were on one floor.
