This property is in such a great location being in walking distance to the beach and the river both! Super cute and welcoming plus Chad is great at responding quickly.

Beds were comfortable. Essential dishes and utensils provided. Nice shower and had a much needed bath tub too. Stayed cool inside the house! Large sofa in living room made it easy to wind down with the family. Really close to the beach, no driving needed. Church next door gave it a Lit up vibe! We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Station 450! The place was exactly as advertised. So clean and well kept. Very comfortable and checked all the boxes. We will definitely be repeat guests. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place.

Over all great property. Only issue was that there was no oven or enough pots and pans to feed the 8 people staying in the home. Could not cook meals at the house but we only stayed for 2 days.

We stayed 3 nights with our 3 teenagers. Spacious accommodation, recently decorated, walkable to beach, smart tv and reliable WiFi. There is no oven and limited utensils- but lots of restaurants/eateries deliver to the door. We all had a fabulous, relaxing time- loved cocoa beach as well!

There were 7 of us that fit comfortably. Just stayed for a couple of days before going on our cruise. Close enough to walk to the beach! Really close to the port. It worked out great!

had a wonderful stay at this location, Chad was a great Host and would stay hear again in an instant. Bed was super comfortable and enjoyed the Rain type shower. A quiet neighborhood

Stayed here to visit Kennedy Space Center and Bok Tower Gardens.

Only stayed for two nights but great location within walking distance of a few restaurants. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. WiFi didn’t work but not that big of a deal. Definitely would stay there again.

Came to the area for 3 days of fishing with a group of friends. The house is in a great location and was set up perfectly for a long weekend fishing get away. The home was clean and recently updated. The four bedrooms were perfect for the 4 of us in our group. The host was responsive and we would stay here again fo future fishing trips.

This house was very clean and comfortable. The area was nice and convenient to many restaurants and activities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent location and house for our little family.

Outside is a little dumpy, and there is no outside space for eating or having a cocktail. Location is great for walking to the beach! There were no paper towels, paper napkins, or tissues in this home. There is no icemaker or beach chairs in this home. Cocoa Beach is a great destination and we had a lovely time. Beds were comfortable, but there were no overhead fans in the bedrooms.

The property has interesting historical ties, and has been renovated to a high standard. We enjoyed staying here, and loved the location. We wished more detail had been provided about the people who had visited during the Space Program, along with any ephemera (photographs, printed material) from that time. The downside was that it’s not quite ‘finished’. In the extra room that used to be the garage, there wasn’t a cover on an electrical outlet, the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, and the A/C unit in the wall provided a fan function, but no cooling. The lot that the house is on needs to be cleared of junk and waste like old rusting paint cans, bikes, and discarded materials from the building project. There is no provision for outside seating, which is a shame, as it could be a lovely area to sit outside on pleasant evenings. With a little more work and attention to detail, this could be a 5* location to stay for years to come.

We came to Cocoa Beach for a short 2 night getaway. It was fun to stay in a real neighborhood. The house was completely renovated but still maintains a fun 1960s “space race” vibe. Thank you Chad!

Love the house it was just what we needed for the 2 nights. I hope that it will be available again Jan 25,25 for 2 night. We will be going on the Carnival Cruise again. So with that we hope to be staying in your home again in 2025.

This was one of our best Vrbo experiences! The house ... clean(!!!); comfortable beds; it has 2 toilets (the listing was confusing on this); 2 showers; plenty of room for my family of 7. The house is also perfectly located: short walk to the beach (got to see the SpaceX Crew 8 launch); short walk to coffee shop; and short drive to Ron Jon's, Publix, Win-Dixie, & places to eat. The host ... excellent communication! I can't say enough of how comforting and appreciated that was for me! BECAREFUL of the step down in the back bedroom. I wasn't looking for it and almost took a spill. And the a/c in that same bedroom needs to be upgraded. I would definitely recommend this rental and will rebook if we find ourselves in the area in the future!

The host's cleaning people had ghosted him so the place wasn't ready for us. By the time we got there, it was too late and we were way too tired to wait for someone to come and clean. It looks like a nice place.

We stayed at this beautiful home for two nights prior to leaving on a cruise! Prior to our arrival the communication with Chad was easy and he was prompt with answers to all my questions. The house is in a great location! We felt safe in the neighborhood! The house is close to all the wonderful amenities of Cocoa Beach! The yard was nice for the kids to enjoy Florida weather! Locals walked by the house and waved and made us feel at home! The house was very clean! We truly enjoyed having the laundry available especially with having a toddler! The house was comfortable and had enough extras to make the stay perfect! The shower is top notch! lol. We enjoyed playing cards and watching a movie as a family! Chad stayed in touch and again was prompt with his responses! We have stayed at many different Vrbos and this was by far the most comfortable! I would also like to add….. the beds are so comfy! And I was sad to leave those comfy beds! If you are traveling to the Cocoa beach area I strongly recommend this home….. you won’t regret it!

Everything as advertised

The beds were very comfortable along with enough space for a large family. Under a mile to many restaurants and a short drive to the pier and the Kennedy Space Center. Owner was easy to communicate with.

This place was really clean when we arrived. The house was splendide. Chad was really easy to communicate with, he responded really fast. The beach was easy to access. The neighbourhood was calm. It was really a joy to live there. Amazing place. Amazing week. The kids love the place and dont stop talking about how nice the place was. We will definitly stay again in the futur if we have the chance to have it avaiable for us during our next stay. Thank you again to Chad. Your fast answers was a relief beacause we knew you will be there if needed. Can't recommended more this place. Thank you again.

Had an amazing time at this property. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach with plenty of space and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The property is in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach to walk, and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The house is clean and modern. 2 full bathrooms was a great thing to have, and with 6 adults and 5 children/teens we did not ever run out of hot water. We utilized the outdoor shower in the back to rinse the sand off our feet before going back inside and were pleasantly surprised that you can get hot water back there as well! Can not say enough about the property and the location. We will definitely be back!

The property was clean and roomy - plenty of lounging space in the living room! Beds were comfy and the home was nicely updated. No oven, which was not a problem for us. The back door needs to be slammed really hard to stay shut, hopefully hosts can remedy that quickly.

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean. Communication was easy and we received responses quickly. I especially loved that all 8 of us were all able to take a shower and not run out of hot water. Definitely would recommend

A very open area to play with family inside. Location in a neighborhood not to busy. Very walkable. Basic necessities to cook with and have home cooked meals. Plenty of sleeping spaces.
