This is a hidden gem in the middle of downtown Guadalajara. All the other hotels do not compare to this beautifully designed hotel. It has a spa, restaurant, bar. Everyone from Check in to check out is very friendly. Drinks at the bar are great. Inside green area is great for relaxing. Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable pillows are soft sheets are also soft. Bathroom is a good size. Everything is top notch. Free apples and water coffee in the room. Would definitely stay here again. Location is also great.

beautiful new hotel it reminded me of a boutique hotel we stay in Paris. Superb service. The breakfast is included and their food selections are extensive. It is extremely secure and it is near all historical locations, you can just walk to them. The standard rooms are sound proofs and quite large. Please try their restaurant for a dinner, the chef is amazying. I will return to it!

Beautiful boutique hotel Suite was very nice no balcony no open windows view was sky and distant walls. Some stairs and elevator very central. Plumbing needs fixing as flooding in the bath spa does not drain Rather expensive !

Super cute hotel, very aesthetic. Their restaurant, patio and bar is just ideal for enjoy the warm weather. Beds/pillows were extremely comfy. A double bed room is bigger than a single bed. Spaceous and big restrooms. Includes robes, slippers, mini fridge, big smart tv. Right in the city center, but the area is a little sketchy. They have staff/ security at the entrance. They step out and make sure you get into your Uber. Catching a Uber, is easy but streets on both ends are one way and you must hurry to get into your Uber. We had breakfast included which made everything easier for us. All the staff was amazing during our stay. For the girlies; their iced latte w/ lil vanilla is Starbucks good but the restroom gets too warm to get ready in.

Great new hotel in GDL Centro. The staff were amazing!! Special mention to Ana the customer service manager who went above and beyond for us during our stay - Thank you Ana! My rating would have been 5 stars but the hotel did not honour the Expedia VIP GOLD status room upgrade even though there was a higher grade room available online when I checked in and this was the main reason I chose this hotel.

Brand new , excellent product

They're customer service is excellent, the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and big. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The hotel is very new and everything is very modern. The room was spacious with in room nespresso, large well appointed bathroom, phone controlled in-room safety deposit boxes and very nice linens. The staff was very helpful and the drinks at the bar were good. Great location, five minute walk to the cathedral.

What a fabulous hotel. New, clean, modern - top spec facilities (electric curtains, top spec nespresso, spa - which we didn’t get the chance to use). Very friendly staff. Breakfast was superb - and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, on Sunday there was live music for a brilliant brunch vibe. We also ate one evening at the restaurant (Alba & Celeste - same place as breakfast) and can highly recommend it. Overall just 10 out of 10. We had a brilliant stay at this lovely hotel.

Clean very modern hotel.

My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!

When I arrived at Origen 438, I was enchanted by the minimalist and beauty of it. The staff was incredible and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, staff was always helpful. Food was excellent and the room was always clean, spacious, lots of hot water. Shoutout to Ruben for always helping us out. Very convenient location if your interest is downtown vibe.

Friendly staff

We arrived a little bit before 15:00 but they accept to check in. The room is very clean and had a good time. The rocation is very near by Catedral. Unfortunately,even though there are only four or five customers but we can’t reserve spa service.
