Excellent location-could not have been better. Friendly and helpful host. Very clean and quiet. A great stay.

the Location is perfect, right in the middle of orvieto

to access the facility there is a long staircase and no lift. This wasn't clear from the facility description and not comfortable with a stroller. The room is not soundproof and you can hear the neighbors and the bells from the duomo that ring every 15 minutes day and night. Shower head was broken and had to be hold in the hand. Breakfast is also not provided in the facility but by a bar outside that opens at 8.30. All these points should have been made clear on the facility description.

Top location, right next to the beautiful Duomo square. Old place but very well kept. Spacious Host very helpful. Nice bathroom.

No issues, good 15 minutes walk from the Funicular but there is also public transport that can drop you nearby.

The room was more like a small apartment. Bang in the centre, extremely spacious and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful old building right in the heart of the city. The owner was there to greet us and explained to us the best places to visit and where to eat Bedroom and bathroom very pretty, but for our taste the mattress was a bit too hard.

The rooms were huge, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The proprietress was very welcoming. The location was a few steps from the Duomo and the museums.

Perhaps improved wifi and better ventilation in the big bathroom. But these are not big problems - it was still an enjoyable stay.

La Magnolia is just a few meters away from the awesome cathedral of Orvieto. Good bars and restaurants are nearby or just a short walk away. Breakfast is served in the nice bar on the ground floor. The landlady was also very friendly and helpful.

Although tricky to find parking around Orvieto- nothing to do with the B&B, just really small, one way ‘streets’, La Magnolia’s staff were amazing,welcoming and so very pleasant. The only way to describe the room was picturesque! There was so much room in the accom which we did not expect, so we were very pleasantly surprised. Only wish was that we had been able to stay more than one night!! Cannot recommend enough!

A wonderful place to stay in Orvieto. Clean comfortable room, very nice bathroom. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. We loved the ability to use the washing machine in the service room. No refrigerator in our room but we were able to use the service room fridge down the hallway, so that was alright. We are looking forward to returning !

It was perfect, fabulous 😍 location!

The owner was super nice. She helped us with not getting fine since we accidentally went to ZTL with car. Parking is not far from the hotel. The hotel building is old and full of character. The room design is very nice. Breakfast was good.

Nice and friendly staff, perfect location to visit the historical city center of Orvieto, close to all main attractions and sites. Despite the central location, parking slots are pretty close and conveniently located.

Very central location and beautiful views from our huge flat (2 rooms plus kitchen)!

It came as a shock to discover that the rooms were on the third floor with no elevator. Not great for dodgy knees and two heavy suitcases!
