struttura a due passi dal centro, pulita e molto curata. la proprietaria super gentile, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze riguardo il check in. colazione ottima. tutto perfetto.

Travelling as s family of 5 we were spontaneously offered to trade in our initial 2 bedroom booking against a wonderful small house. Completely new renovated and super nicely decorated incl. a roof-top terrace with a superb view on Corso Cavour, it was a pety that we only stayed for one night. Thanks

We have only stayed for one night traveling from Puglia to Tuscany. Very nice and clean room and a great location. Thank you Giulia for a tip for a restorant - dinner at Mamma Angela was deliciuos :)
We did not have breakfast which was included, as it was at the bakery nearby, which was crowded… Instead we har just a coffe and a croissant at the great bar around the corner from Sant’ Angelo 42

Very good breakfast with coffee, great accommodation and location, Giulia was welcoming and helpful. Orvieto as such is enchanting.
Under the circumstances, traveling with family and babies, everything was perfect.

our room was wonderful! on the top floor we had a sunrise view over the tiled rooftops. the location is perfect. just off one of the main streets is a 2 minute walk to the Duomo and 10 minutes from the train station.
Giulia arranged a tour for us at a winery which was a highlight of our stay. she also made suggestions and reservations for our dinners. we felt very well cared for.

Wonderful, quiet room near the Duomo. Easy to find and staff was great to work with. Large room with ample sized bathroom. We had the ability to leave our bags at reception upon check out so we could see a few more sights before going to the train - so helpful! Tasty breakfast set us up for the day. Excellent dinner suggestion in town. Highly recommend.

The location is nice and quiet.
Communication with the host. No one was around to help. Promised a refrigerator, but found only a wine cooler. That doesn't cool food to prevent spoiling. Promised ice, but no one was there to provide. All food bought for a light lunch had to be trashed.

Rooms in medieval house are absolutely beautiful and well done. Exterior of home is beautiful as well in a picturesque setting. Beds were comfortable - best sleep we had on our trip so far. Location is great, steps away from the incredible cathedral. Ample parking nearby. Host Giulia tried her best to make our stay memorable. Grazie!!!
