Beds were good

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and spent $50 more so we could do our pool exercise in the morning. But we discovered the pool had not been taken care of and was closed!

It was very clean, the rooms do not have carpet, everything was very clean! The gym was a nice size and had decent equipment.

The construction going on outside but that was inevitable.

It had a bad smell in the lobby area when we walked in. The room itself needs a better heat/ac system- it was loud and if you have asthma or allergies-the air in the room seemed stuffy and not circulated well.

The breakfast was really delicious. Everything was fresh and hot. The rooms were spotless. Everything was amazing

- Found leftover garbage from whoever was occupying the room prior. - Found sock underneath the bed from whoever was staying prior. - Questionable housekeeping services. - I also saw a mouse in the room I was staying in.

The room was very clean.

The room was nice, but I feel it was advertised wrong. It stated “suite” but it was one room with the beds and couch. The room had a pullout table and only had one chair. It advertised a free breakfast, but the breakfast options were subpar that I went out to buy breakfast. It looked like powdered eggs that they folded and sat in a hot box. They also had an egg on a bagel in a hot box. There was also cereal. This seemed like a convenient store pick up and go. I am used to a fresh, hot breakfast being served all morning.

First and foremost ! Your GM was top notch. Never seen him, but one conversation with him made everything so worth it. Hands down a great guy to deal with. The hotel is beautiful and super clean, I didn't get the girls name at the front desk but she was so sweet, I think the guys name was kahari ? He was amazing. Everything and everyone was perfect. I will be back!

There is not one thing I have bad to say about this place!!! Thank you for a great stay.

The room was such a treat with a kitchen, two beds and a pullout bed from the couch perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool, I think it’s 50/50 salt and  chlorine? Regardless didn’t burn the eyes and ruin our hair. My husband was even impressed with the gym. A nice spread for breakfast in the morning and doesn’t close until 10am, so don’t have to rush. My family would stay again.

The hotel was clean.

Very disappointed in the response of the staff after calling the front desk 3 separate times over the course of any hour because of loud guests in room above us. Finally at 10:30pm I had ro go down to the front desk and demand they handle the disrespect of the guests or I would call the police. This should have been handled immediately not an hour and 15 min later.
