Clean and pleasant. Could use some more kitchen utensils for cooking ex: kettle larger frying pan measuring cup and spoons. Basic condiments Fridge was leaking water inside but kept everything cold anyway.

This home was nice. The pictures are accurate and the location felt safe. The inside is a bit run down and needs a good deep clean (walls were marked up, floors were dusty, sofa had a few stains) but it worked fine for my son and I when we stayed here for his soccer tournament. The inside is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did have to unplug the room fresheners and air out the home. I am not a fan of the artificial smell and it was overwhelming when we first walked in. By the next day, once it aired out, the home smelled fine. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend for a family who needed to stay in Vegas but didn’t want to be on the strip. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but 10-15 minute drive to the casinos.

My husband and our two teen sons stayed at this location for a long weekend. Perfect spot to have access to everything without being on the strip. Convenient and quiet

This location is convenient to stores & restaurants. My only slightly negative comment would be that the windows have very thin/see through curtains and the kitchen does not have any window coverings. That's just a personal preference. I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out, along with the brightly lit path from the parking area to the unit. I would stay here again.

Arrive late at night expecting a nice comfortable place. It was a ground level unit, sheer, see-thru curtains in the living & dining areas, too-small curtains in the bedroom, and NO CURTAINS AT ALL in the kitchen. The unit was clean, but decrepit. Absolutely unacceptable. Owner offered to go buy new curtains. But really? Late at night in a see-thru ground level unit. Would you stay there? How could you even offer it like that? Shameful! Owner & VRBO would not refund all my money and charged me for 3 nights. Disgusting! And it removes VRBO from my list for new future rentals. Still makes me angry that I had to scramble to find someplace else to stay at 11pm at night, on the opening day of the massive CES trade show. Grrr....

The host was very accommodating to several requests, including a late checkout and a brief moment when we were locked out of the property. She very friendly and great!

2 bedroom, 2 full bath - everything as described. Host was super responsive and accommodating!

The apartment had more room than I expected, and was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal activity, even on Friday night. Would definitely book again!

Worked out well

I had a minor procedure done and needed a happy, homey feeling place to rest and recoup. This was the perfect place!

This was the perfect place to stay at in Vegas. We were able to take Ubers very quickly to wherever we wanted to go so it was perfect distance. The place actually felt bigger than what I thought it would be which is rare. My whole family loved staying here and we are already planning another trip and definitely staying here again. Easy and quiet place to stay at after spending the evening on the strip. Very comfortable place.

I was able to find this property for a last minute trip to Vegas and it was absolutely perfect. It's spacious and it's conveniently located not too far from most tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again.

overall my stay at this property was good, there were two things i would have to mention was that there was no privacy curtains in the windows - only a light see through lace curtain overlaying the the full body sized windows of one of the bedrooms facing the main walkway corridor of the condo complex and the other thing that i had realized was that we were going to Las Vegas in the middle of summer and forgot all about the pool access. come to find out there was no access to the community pool at it was decided that there were no key access obtained by the property owner to have access.

Myself, my son and best friend came for a long weekend and it was so nice. Very quiet neighborhood. The condo was very nice and the bathrooms were big and nice. Would love to stay again.
