Loved the upstairs bathroom, it was wonderful. Whole house is very clean and lots of high tech stuff. The only thing we would have changed is how warm the upstairs was all night.

This property was fantastic!! From the high end luxury primary bath to the upper deck lounge area, this house exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was oversized and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in away from home. The owner places meticulous care into making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. What you see in the photos is what you get! We highly recommend this property and would book our stay here again in the future!

Great home with everything that you need included. Very spacious with a lot of spots to hang out, great for groups! Good neighborhood, great location, and just overall a really great time

We enjoyed our week here. Location was fantastic and it was an easy trek to downtown/stadium. The garage parking was a huge perk. House was extremely clean and tidy. Every amenity we needed was provided. Host was easy to communicate with and response time on the question we had was immediate. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently booked this home for a one night stay. The women in our family were attending a Stevie Nicks concert. It was perfect for several women due to everyone having their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms to get ready. There was a 2 car garage for parking our vehicles and everything was locked and fenced in. If we had more days there, we would have taken advantage of the fabulous kitchen. We felt safe and we would stay here again. The house was very clean and well organized. The only suggestion we have is to be sure the garage is swept out so debris is not tracked into the house. Great property!

Stayed here with business colleagues for a convention. Very close to convention center, wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Neighborhood, at first glance, seems sketchy...look closer, its a very quiet, very hometown neighborhood. The place, outstanding!! Wish i had more time. Place was very well equipped. Had a 2 car garage!!

WOW! What a great stay in this neighborhood adjacent to everything in downtown Indy! This neighborhood is full of recent remodels and has just a few older houses than still have not been renovated.
The check in and interaction with Anthony the host was top tier!
The house is an easy walk to several great restaurants and bars in the Fountain District. Our favorites were Upland Brewing, The Inferno (a great Polynesian restaurant!) & Maialina Italian Kitchen.
The house was perfect for 5 guys on a business trip that wanted to stay out of the fray of the busy convention center area. The beds were very comfortable, the house was recently renovated/built and the kitchen was great too for hanging out. My favorite feature was the rooftop deck with comfortable furniture. It was a great place to unwind with beer after a long day. Having a garage to park in is a great bonus too!
I would definitely stay here again!

Well worth the money and in a great location

The property was very spacious and clean. The location is perfect, in the heart of Fountain Square. In the warmer months you could walk everywhere as most desired places are a mile or two walk. If we do this again I will definitely consider renting this place again. Thanks Anthony!

The property was as it was described. Anthony was very prompt in his responses when I would email him questions prior to arrival. Check in was easy. The property is a great location for a short drive to the Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Everything about our stay was great. From the condition of the property to the little things, like baby gates and a toddler high chairs, made our trip. This is a great place for families!
