The only thing we were able to enjoy was the view from the room

Staff quality if very polar, from very nice and helpful to gloomy and "mind your own business" types. Breakfast is served from 8 till 11, and when we came at 10.15, there was almost no food left and it wasn't really refilled until we left at 11. As for the facilities - this is a subjective review of only one of them. There are several buildings in the hotel area, we stayed in Janosek (i think that's the right name). The house feels like it's made of carton. You can hear people whispering in neighbouring rooms. Floors are squeaky so whenever the neighbours wake up at night to visit the toilet - so do you. In addition, the vent in the bathroom didn't suck ANY air out but was blowing the air IN. And since the visitors have different preferences our room always smelled either like a street-food cart or was full of smell from other people smoking in their rooms. Worst experience I've had in a decade. After reporting this to hotel management we got "ok, you were not the first to complain, I'll make some calls" just to come back a few hours later and our room smelled like an ash-tray.

View and surrouding, quite Nice person (owner?) when we paid for the accomodation, we could have breakfast outside and it was really pleasure. Coffee space outside the room with kettle, outside playground for children.

Staff in the kitchen. It should be there cooker, air conditioning, but neither of it. When we asked for the cooker- that we are probably not in the right Room, they brought us some movable one, we asked for pot, so they brought some big dirty one.. instead of kitchen table there was only small teatable. IT was quite inadequate for bigger family. The double bed was small. In generaly we was in the attic and each Room Has no space above head, even in the bathroom. The dooor to the bedroom was small.. I felt like I had lived in the tent - we didnt order the attic Room! We found out that we really wasnt in the studio apartmant!

simple breakfast. no fruits. outside jakuzi wasn't work. for souna most pay extra. and it stays in different place then you thought. 100meter to walk outside to get there.

last floors rooms have very small bathrooms. and only in the center of the room you walk normally.
