The hotel is located at the beginning of Havlabar historical district, near Europe Square and Metekhi Monastery. The street of the hotel is very calm and quiet. A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

I liked everything

The manager and the staff are great people. The rooms are cleaned up very nicely by Tanya and her colleague. Aram and Igor are good at the front desk and they are also very informative and helpful. Mila is very informative and caring, throughout the whole stay she made sure that her guests had a unforgettable stay and gave us advice on multiple places to visit and she has great communication skills and a little bit of jokes.

The pen at the reception had a little bit of ink that was missing in order to be able to fluently write anything down.

Fantastic hotel - very good central location in the Methekhi area of Tbilisi's Old Town, yet very peaceful and quiet. We stayed at The Mermenio Hotel on various different dates during our recent trip around Georgia/Armenia/Azerbaijan - and enjoyed returning to stay there. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Well equipped and spotlessly clean bathrooms. Super friendly and helpful staff - who kindly arranged airport transfers when required. A superb place to stay if you are visiting Tbilisi. Great location - within easy walking distance of many of Tbilisi's sites, and also lots of great cafes/restaurants within easy walking distance.

Service and amenities were very good considering that this is not a big chain hotel.

Roof top pool and a little sauna room allows a relaxing experience when needed

Absolutely gorgeous location. The location is perfect for walkers as it is parallel to the beautiful Kura river. The Metekhi church is walking distance. In the heart of Tblisi

Breakfast gets finished quickly and they don't fill it again for remaining customers . Many rooms don't have any view.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The first two days there was a problem in the room, the water came out of the shower. But after I complained, we were given a suite with a view. It was amazing,quiet and clean. As for the pool, it is small, and useful only for the summer period. In October, the water is cold. But an inviting place to sunbathe Thanks to Annette, who was charming and smiling, and happy to provide service.

Perfect location in the quiet side of the river, but in teh historic core. the hotel is however fully modern and has a pool and a spa and joy on joy... a bath! Comfortable beds and lovely staff.

Бронировали отель для свадьбы. Здесь все было идеально ! Особенно понравилось отношение работников и менеджеров. Все без исключения очень помогали, были очень доброжелательны, хочется сюда снова вернуться. В целом, отель хорошо удобно расположен , чистый, с очень вкусным завтраком. Очень рекомендую !

Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. Прекрасный завтрак, можно сказать на 10. Расположение удобное, все достопримечательности центра Тбилиси в шаговой доступности. Вид из бассейна просто великолепный. Бассейн не использовали, хотя он работал. Читал отызвы, что берут дополнительную плату. Это неправда. И бассейн и сауна входят в стоимость.

Единственное что не понравилось пару первых дней это неработающий холодильник в номере. Персонал объяснил что ждут компанию по обслуживанию. Но менять не стали. Думаю это объективная причина

Nice location close to the old center. Also the staff is all very kind and helpful and speaks English very well. The swimming pool on top is super to cool off on a hot day (and the days can be hot in summer ..). We needed to leave the hotel early (7 pm) and they prepared a breakfast box for us. Definitely would recommend this place.

Very serious attitude of the staff, which is not usual in Tbilisi. Pool area at the roof. Everything was good. I can very recommend this hotel.

A quiet location, but still within easy walking distance of the old town or metro station. Good freshly prepared breakfast, friendly and competent staff.

The fridge does not even cool on the highest setting.
