The house is beautiful and we appreciate the owner left a lot supplies and entertainment in the house.

Poor management. Before arrival, all the emails I got from the management regarding signing agreement and receipt etc showing wrong links. Upon arrival, we found out that the house was advertised as 1 king, 2 queens and 1 twin but the twin is actually a sofa bed in master bedroom which is very misleading. The biggest problem is the house was not cleaned when we arrived. Kitchen floor was greasy. Food left in the oven, on the floor and counter top. Pots, plates and utensils are not cleaned either. Bedding sheet had blood on it. I cannot believed I was charged for over 300 dollar cleaning fee before hand! We checked in the house late at night and the kids were tired otherwise I would call them to come to clean the house.

It was amazing all around! Beautiful home with a lot to do.

Nothing
