Quiet location and pool.
Too far from centre of Florence but restaurants in the area.

This is one of my favourite places I have stayed at! The room was decorated nicely and was spacious. It was great to be able to relax in the pool and garden. Our hosts were fabulous and attentive, the selection at breakfast was great and we had a delicious lunch as well! We were given a long list of recommendations for restaurants, all those that we visited were fantastic! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful b&b in a nice quiet* area at the edge of Florence. Breakfast and service were great! The pool was a great extra as well. Make sure to bring deet for the mosquitos
*Quiet for city standards. You can hear the train and some traffic throughout the night
We hoped to use the bikes to get into the city, but one of the bikes was broken/unrideable. Not a huge problem of course, as a bus was close that took you to the city

The host was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. the pool was great after a long hot day of visits. access to Florence very easy via the bus. very good breakfast

We spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel, a beautiful oasis of peace after a day in the very busy city. Right from our arrival they couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The grounds are wonderful and the pool is a lovely secluded, quiet place to relax. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, with a menu to order what you wanted each night for the next day.
Though it’s not in the centre of Florence, it has easy access to 2 bus routes into the city (approx 30 mins ride) and tickets are cheap for this.

Spacious and sweet room decorated with a great eye for design, a delicious breakfast, a cozy yard with a pool. The host is most helpful and considerate. A great place for a relaxing vacation!

Stylish, convenient place with parking. Very nice and helpful host and staff. Easy access to Firenze (I recommend by bus) and stores.

Luca and Mario made us feel very welcome. Mario will tend to your every need and Luca provides insider tips for nice restaurants and places to visit. The house is a little hideway from the busy and hot city. Chill and cool off in the pool, before getting ready to eat in the city. Our rental car (fiat 500) fit perfectly in the driveway.
The bed was a little hard and felt like it didn't stand completely level. We stayed in room 'Isabella'.

Mario and Luca are the perfect hosts. We felt at home and had the feeling we were visiting our family, because they are so kind. The B&B itself is very cosy and stylish. The breakfast is also great, you won’t miss a thing. The pool is very nice when you are chilling at the B&B on a hot day. Overall: we would go there again and totally recommend!

Just a wonderful experience- beautiful place, lovely owner and team who arranged a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. Lovely secluded pool, great breakfast and very relaxing.
A little out of town, but easily reachable by bus, and the plus side of that is that you are at the foot of the hills and countryside on one side of the hotel.

Warm welcome and this did not change trough the whole stay. Very personal service, they give you all the information you need and more about Florence. Very easy to take the bus to the centre. They make you feel important and nothing you ask is to much.We has a lovely stay.
