The room was large and clean modern cafe and restaurant and check out staff were friendly

There was poor coffee making facilities The receptionist at check in was miserable and unhelpfull There was no info in room regarding restaurant for dinner and breakfast The road noise from lorry leaving and arriving at the adjacent industrial estate meant we did not get a good nights sleep

Easy free parking, close to the highway but far enough to avoid nuisance. Fast check in, staff welcomes you. The interior is roomy modern and elegant. Rooms very comfortable. There is also a restaurant and cafeteria to complete your stay. It is an excellent halt.

Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice cafe bar. Lovely wet room style bathroom with big soft towels changed daily. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Beds a little hard, I would have preferred a more comfortable mattress. It would be nice to have a softer reading light by the bed.

Very easy to find and convenient location a few hundred meters from the motorway. Room 205 was large and very good value for the price which included a good breakfast Spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and most spoke some English

Can't be helped as its on the edge of a substantial industrial estate with heavy trucks moving all night. Noise wasn't too bad but noticeable. The bar/ restaurant was quite nicely run but seemed to serve as the local café for the industrial estate making it busy and very loud at times.

Well run family hotel, good location to access San Sebastián.

Food was a bit limited but what there was was very tasty.

the southeast side of the building (left side as you face the front) smelled like garbage so we were unable to enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony.

Rooms lack some confort. Air conditioning did not work and nigth was cold already. No charriot to help with the luggage. TV only with few spanish channels.

Pillow is useless 120cm snake. Bed is also made of rocks
