Easy entry with access code sent via email before arrival. Upon arrival there was nice music playing and the place looked and smelled clean! We were quite impressed with all the interior amenities and the most comfortable beds!
Since I paid extra to have the pool—and we planned to spend lots of time it—we were disappointed with all the bugs and leaves it☹️2 of us continually worked at fishing the bugs and leaves out before we got in. We were hopeful—per the description—that someone would service the pool Monday morning but we never saw anyone.

It’s even more beautiful than the pictures! Amazing, relaxing & glorious stay for the weekend on our annual girls trip! The house was perfectly located & had every amenity we could want! Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg, and this location was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and had a wonderful outdoor area.

House location is somewhat convenient to main street shopping. If you want to use the hot tub begin usage while having daylight as the area is pitch dark after sunset. Inquired in advance of visit about the area and Pickleball courts of which the management company was not able to answer. Having a phone number to call once checked in provided a comfortable feeling, however, property knowledge of individuals answering the phone was less desirable and not much help.

Perfect place for my 82 year old mom, my two sisters, and myself to crash for a few nights in this blazing heat. Very comfortable and easy to get anywhere in town. Brought in a private chef and he was very happy with the kitchen space and utensils.

This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a comfortable king bed and a bathroom close to each room. We had a bit of an issue with check in as the email sent to my email (not through the VRBO app) went to spam, but they responded quickly. The home was clean and had many extras-towels, games, and a fantastic backyard. The kitchen was a bit sparse but fine for our needs. We did have an issue with the exhaust fan over the oven. The smoke alarm went off because the fan seemed to not be working properly, but it’ll be a funny story to remember our trip.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Very comfortable stay. Although we didn’t cook this go round, we noticed the kitchen had updated appliances and was well stocked with any dishes, utensils, small appliances you would need. Backyard and hot tub were a hit with our group as well. Had cards and games that came in handy. Overall a hit with our group of 6 (3 couples)

This house was absolutely perfect for us! We had everything we needed to make enchiladas, cupcakes, and a large breakfast in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the entire property was very clean.

This property is perfect for 3 couples/6 people, it came with everything we needed, very short drive close to town, very clean, each couple had their own full bathroom. Nice spacious backyard. The property manager Tim was very communicative. We would stay here again.

We visited Fredricksburg for a wedding. This VRBO is located very close to the main street, a convenient short walk to shopping and restaurants. The backyard is wonderful, neighborhood lovely and home clean and well stocked. Host was very accomodating.

House was very nice. Really enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and relaxing in the great back yard. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Will stay again next spring break

This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for a girls weekend away. The house is true to the listing, spacious and super clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings and mornings! Great location, easy to get to downtown and the surrounding wineries. Excellent communication property manager. I highly recommend!

This house exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and backyard provided a great space to hangout. I would recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker if you like music outside. Other than that there was everything there we needed! The property manager was also easily accessible. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Was planning on enjoying a long holiday weekend with our adult children and their wedding dates in this roomy 3 bed/3 bath house, but unfortunately there only ended up being 4 of us. We didn’t spend much time at the house at all, but would love to come back and try again to take advantage of the cozy backyard. House was very clean and updated and very well appointed.

We wanted a place to rent where we had room for 3 brothers & their wives where we could make breakfast before we headed out to experience the town & a back yard to hang out in as well as large seating area we could play cards or games & this house fit the bill.
