Tout est parfait! La chambre parfaite, très propre, très neuve! L’accès à la piscine avec un chauffeur pour vous y emmener! (C’est dans un autre bâtiment) L’accès au parc aquatique gratuit (cela aurait du nous coûter 50€ à deux), le parc en vaut le détour il est super ! La gentillesse du personnel! Le restaurant-bar de l’hôtel est super aussi ! De très bons smoothies et jus ! Cet endroit a beaucoup de potentiel! L’hôtel est très bien placé que ce soit pour aller voir le feu d’artifice le soir, aller au câble car, visiter la ville. Tout est super !

Bardzo dobra obsługa, szczególnie recepcjonistka Ly i Quyen. Zameldowaliśmy się bardzo późno, ale wszyscy byli bardzo entuzjastyczni i pomogli nam nieść bagaż. Gdyby ktoś mnie pytał, gdzie zostac w Sunset Town, zdecydowanie poleciłabym Roma. Aha, zapomniałam, ja i moi wspólpracownicy dostaliśmy też darmowe bilety na kolejkę linową i muzyczny pokaz wodny z fajerwerkami. Ogólnie bardzo polecamy Roma Hotel!🥰

Great view, nice and helpful staff, big and well appointed room, easy walk to fun things to do and restaurants, etc. The sunsets in ‘Sunset Town’ are truly legit and beautiful.

None of this a knock against Roma Hotel—which is very good! But, you should know about the location. Sunset Town is a unique place. It’s a planned/resort community that is a mix of very cool attractions like a nice beach, Kissing Bridge, an incredible stage with performances and a scenic gondola to an island with a theme/water park (which is worthwhile to spend a day). When we arrived we were in awe: “what a beautiful place!”—but after a few days, realize this is a place which has not sold probably 90% of the condo dwellings in this Italian-themed, sort of ‘fantasy’ community, with almost no permanent residents. It’s a little weird. A lot of empty businesses and unoccupied apartments with a smattering of successful restaurants and businesses. It seems the pandemic was very hard on this place. There is one major issue and that is the incessant 5-6-song playlist by Queen, ABBA, “we are the world”, etc. that was on a damn-near constant loop most of the day/night. It matches the awesome fireworks display at night, but OMG, it will drive you mad if you don’t leave the area once in awhile. We were there over Christmas so maybe it was different, but after a one week stay…we were ready to never hear those songs ever again!

При отеле есть небольшой ресторан, где можно выбрать вариант бесплатного завтрака или заказать себе что-то по меню. От отеля бесплатно билет на канатную дорогу, парк SunWorld, шоу Kiss the Stars, мост для поцелуев. Из окна можно также увидеть феерверк, который начинается после шоу, очень впечатляет. Отель расположен в очень красивом месте на юге Фукуока. Рекомендую этот отель от всего сердца.

Lovely large and comfortable rooms. Brand new build so the facilities are exceptional. Everything was very clean and looked just as the photos show. Breakfast was ok, but it was nice that it was included.

I didn't realise before booking this hotel that it is in the Sunset Town resort development. The new resort village isn't where I would choose to stay again. When we visited the area was like a ghost town.

Mooie nette afwerking van alles in het hotel, zeer schoon. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitermate attent, doen alles om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Goede locatie. Hotel ligt vlak bij de grote kabelbaan (naar het waterpark) en de watershow (beide op loopafstand). We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Ontbijt is voor verbetering vatbaar. Ingewikkelde kaart en wat geserveerd wordt, beantwoord niet aan de omschrijving op de kaart. Eenvoudiger kaart met normale Europese ontbijtgerechten zou beter zijn. In de omgeving zijn geen gezellige restaurantjes te vinden, daar moet je moeite voor doen. Er wordt echter nog veel gebouwd dus in de toekomst zat dat wel beter worden.

직원들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 특히 리셉션에 있는 직원분은 친절하고 직원의 필요에 즉각 대응해주었습니다. 잠자리가 편하고 조용합니다. 조식이 만족스러웠습니다. 케이블카를 타는 곳과 키스 더 스타 쇼를 보는곳이 가깝습니다. 숙소근처의 밤거리가 아름답습니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙소입니다. 프로모션 중이여서 케이블카와 혼똠섬 워터파크, 키스 더 스타 쇼를 무료로 이용할 수 있었습니다.

매우 사소한 단점도 있습입니다. 다른 모든 곳은 청결 하지만 바닥은 조금 더럽습니다. 이 문제는 대형 리조트를 보함하여 푸꾸옥의 대부분의 숙소가 동일합니다. 크게 문제가 될 정도는 아니였습니다.

stayed here for two nights three weeks ago when i had five days phu quoc trip.after checked out from Duong Dong’s hotel,i booked a car with driver,and head to sunset town,it is where Roma hotel located.along the way,i bought some souvenirs also visited some interesting places.when reached at roma hotel,it was already dark.the manager offer me a free voucher to attend the famous kiss the star show on Thursday night(that day is Wednesday). she told me i can watch fireworks that night at my room’s balcony.wow,i did watch it,imarvellous,very beautiful, though not watching at the venue,still enjoyable. staffs at roma hotel very helpful. especially a male staff called Ly, on Thursday, he printed out a letter in English and Chinese,and put it on the table in my room,to remind me to watch the “kiss the star”show at night,and informed me to change the ticket at the venue counter, so impressive.when i checked out,he brought my heavy luggages to the roadside,when my driver car coming, he helped me to put them into the car, many thanks for him.i had breakfast at their restaurant, i had hu tieu ga or pho ga and iced milk coffee on the first day,and the second day,i had com tam suon bi( broken rice with grilled pork chop) and orange juice.both are local dishes,tasty,i prefer the broken rice,cuz first time,impressed with it.the room i stayed not too big,with TV,a fridge, basic toiletries, fan and aircon,the hotel provided free mineral water,they even provided fruits to their client,i ate an orange only.room and toilet are clean.there is a balcony in the room,i can see the beautiful sea view from it.i love the concept of Italian style building in the town,Roma hotel is colourful,beautiful,and just like a hotel in a Mediterranean town. i took many pics of the hotel ,also of the town.that time i stayed ,the famous cable car was under maintenance,no chance to try the world longest cable car,so sad, but i will be back to sunset town and Roma hotel again.both are highly recommended!

It was really nice staying. Hotel staff are all friendly and kind. Beautiful room. You can travel to anywhere by motorbike rent at hotel. Several restaurants by walking 1 min to 10 min. 30 minutes drive from the airport by hotel shuttle, which was very convenient.

Honey Roast Chicken we ordered at hotel restaurant was too hard to bite off. We could eat only 3 pieces out of 10. That was the only issue during staying, but overall, it was really good staying and we enjoyed very much.

We had a great time in Roma Hotel Phu quoc . We were very well taken care of by the all the staff members . We would like to especially mention Chef Duc who took very good care of us . We are vegetarians and food options outside the hotel were limited for us . Chef insured that we got great food in all meals and also took good care of the requirements of our kids.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They picked us up from and to the airport for free. I think it's a promo for this month or something. They even gave me a birthday gift and free fruits the night before my birthday. The room is neat and very comfortable. It has a fantastic ocean view from its balcony. We could watch the musical water show from there, too. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Kiss Bridge, the place where they hold the musical water show, the Sunset Town beach, and the cable car station. You could reach those places just by walking. There are restaurants and coffee shops around the area, too. Overall, our experience here is great and we would definitely book this hotel again when we go back to Phu Quoc next time.

On the first night, the aircon took a while to get cooler, which was fine since we just got in. The steak I ordered last night was a bit chewy and hard to cut despite being medium rare. Perhaps, it was cooked right away after being taken out of the fridge. Anyway, it was fine totally, since all the meals we ate tasted really good and food presentations show their own touch. The cable car station also was under maintenance when we arrived. That actually was the main reason why we went to Phu Quoc. LOL. It has nothing to do with the hotel anyway. That said, I think we'll book this hotel again as soon as the cable car station starts operating again.
