This was our first stay at the property and we are already planning to come back. Comfy beds, lots of towels and fun stuff (beach, pool, foosball table, pool table, movie room, etc.) The house is wonderful and the location can't be beat. It's a short walk to restaurants and nightlife, yet far enough away to be very quiet. Disregard the reviews that were super negative. Something doesn't add up with them. Our stay was great. The host was always quick to respond and resolve a few very minor issues. We can’t wait for next year!

We were a group of ten, aged 8 through 70. The house had PLENTY of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball table! We arrived to lousy weather but that didn't stop the kiddos from jumping in the heated pool in the rain with the weather at 60*. We used floats out of the garage and there were plenty of beach chairs, etc for outside fun. The house was immaculate with lots of outdoor seating options. We started every day in the morning sun on the back patios facing the beach and ended the day in the front with kids back in the pool while we enjoyed the sun from the west side. The beach was beautiful with very few people sharing with us. We were able to see the Space Center launch pads and saw a launch lit up and set to go but scrubbed at the last minute (the only disappointment of the week!). This rental suited our needs perfectly and we look forward to the possibility of returning. Cocoa Beach offers something for every age, one of the reasons we enjoy the area!

Great location, great amenities. But owners took a lot of shortcuts on the property and tried to bill us for their own home issues. Rusty nails sticking up off the front and back decks, pool doesn’t heat up very well at all, holes in walls, sliding doors impossible to open, dishwasher didn’t work for 2 days. The worst part was their attempt to bill us an additional $600 for issues they had no evidence of. We asked repeatedly for photos, and they couldn’t produce them. We recommend that if you stay, take a lot of photos to protect yourself. That’s what we did.

Great family vacation on the beach. The kids had a blast playing basketball, swimming in the pool, and playing in the beach. So much to do, so fun.

We rented this house for my mom’s 70th birthday. It was the perfect size for our big family and had everything possible to make it fun for the kids. I was a little nervous about the stay after seeing the first review but after being there we all agreed that was an isolated issue. Don’t let it scare you. The house was great and was clean when we arrived. The sheets were fresh and plenty of towels were stocked. It seems to be an old Florida style home that was renovated so there is a mix of old and new. A few things were outdated but it’s obvious the owners are doing what they can to make it a comfortable stay. It’s also very close to downtown Cocoa Beach so you can easily walk a few blocks to get dinner, a coffee or icecream. Anytime an issue popped up at the house the property manager addressed them immediately. The communication was quick and pleasant. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself and would recommend it to others that want a large family space where everyone can be comfortable.

Perfect location

I would not rent this house. Upon reading the reviews I saw that they were very bad and I asked the Host about them.The Host assured me they were just trying to get a refund, so I agreed to book.Upon arrival the furniture was very old and the couch was broken.Dishwasher did not work and there is no trash bins to put your trash.There also is no frying pan to cook. When the lady came to clean, I walked through the house and showed her all these things. She had said that they just bought the house several months ago and it was still with all the old furniture from the previous owner.. I then wrote the host all of the things I told the cleaning lady. I was there with my family for my birthday. they had told me I had an event and I need to be charged $150. I also needed to be charged $350 for the couch and on top of that that there is not allowed any teenagers my kids would be a charge. I have reported them to Vrbo but I’m letting you know be very careful because they will try to scam you for more money afterwards. The prop is beautiful. Bring bug spray because you will get bit up in the yard.But also, if you do go take a lot of pictures so you are not charged afterwards for things that are not your fault. All in all, I will never be renting this house again.I have turned in all the photos needed to prove and report this to VRBO.

We decided on your property because of the amount of bedrooms. We were in Florida for a men’s slow pitch softball tournament. There was a total of 9 of us. Everyone in our party had plenty of room to spread out and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty to do at your house. We were able to spend time at the beach. If we didn’t want to walk down to the beach, the pool was a perfect place to hang out. Upstairs provided a lot of activities, pool table, foosball & a theater room, We didn’t utilize the theater room, but it was very cool to have that option if we wanted. For the most part, we stayed outside. We didn’t want to leave, it was so relaxing. Thank you again! We loved it. Bonus for us, we were able to see a rocket launch, that is something you don’t get to see in Michigan.
