We had a great weekend in Nashville. It’s a lovely house & was perfect for three couples. Communication was great & he dropped us off downtown and picked us up daily.

Samuel truly went above and beyond with hosting my girlfriends and I for my bachelorette party. He notified me the day of that his car, which he uses for chauffeuring, had broken down, but that he would find a way to follow through on his promise for transportation for all of us that night. And he did! He ended up booking us Ubers with open his own dollar to ensure we would have the transport we had arranged ahead of time. Not only this, but the property had more sleeping space than we had anticipated and was perfect for our large group. Samuel was an extremely communicative host and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Samuel, thank you for going above and beyond to make my bachelorette party so memorable!

Samuel's place was perfect. We came to Nashville to see the Def Leppard concert. The house was very clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Samuel even came and picked us up in the pouring rain and took us to the concert and picked us up afterward. He was very quick with communication and made our stay flawless. I would recommend Samuel's place to all.

This property exceeded our expectations!! A terrific area among other homes and close to everything we wanted to do. Only 10 minutes to The mall! We felt very safe in the location with plenty of parking. This home was absolutely spotless! And to top it off the host is AMAZING! Will definitely stay again on a return trip.

The home worked out great for a one night stay in Nashville as we were traveling through. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Samuel was a class act host! Very responsive and having his service of driving us downtown and picking us up was an added bonus! There was a lot going that weekend with concert and NASCAR, so not having to try and find parking was huge. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay!! The house is great! There was five women, we went to a concert at Nissan stadium then went downtown to Broadway. Sam was making a great host and driver!! All houses should come with a driver like Sam!! Highly recommend and will definitely stay gay when we come to Nashville

0 complaints. Clean place, slept everyone comfortably. Having a personal chauffeur was totally worth staying here. Takes away all the stress of trying to get Ubers everywhere

Rooms were exactly like pictures. Completely spotless. Samuel was extremely accommodating and answered any questions within minutes.
Property was about 15min drive to downtown Nashville. Samuel also provided transportation. Always showed up on time, and like his house, car was totally spotless as well.
Next time we head to Nashville, we will definately see if Samuel's place is available.

We enjoyed our stay the house was spotless 😊 we love Samuel very responsive and he didn’t charge a hostess fee, Which most places do, but most importantly we were able to bring our dogs one being a service animal and they had fun too. We would book again in the future

Place was super clean, had great amenities in the home and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Samuel knew everything that was going on in the city when we were there and had excellent food and entertainment recommendations. The beds were extra firm and slightly difficult to sleep on but that’s a personal preference. Next time we’re back this is the place we’re staying! Thank you Samuel!

The property was nice and cozy, feels just like home. The subdivision was a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds slept sooo good and Samuel was such a great host. Communication was top tier. I’ll definitely book again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is basic and could use updating but it worked for us. Check with owner if dishes have been supplied.
Bonus was being able to bring both our dogs. Note the yard is not fenced but area is walkable.
Bigger bonus was driver service at your disposal. Was wonderful to have it as needed.
