The location of the holiday park is just right. So close to the beach and easy access to the main road for day trips out. The caravan was bright and airy, the beds were comfy and the general cleanliness was great. Hot water was instant, There was a contact to reach out to for queries, issues we had were sorted easily. Easy key retrieval too. It was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 youngsters.

The kitchen equipment needed washing up before we could use it. There was not enough cutlery for 4. The TV did not work as it would not connect to the Internet. There was a guest book to write in, however, all these complaints were in it, but obviously not acted on as they were from the whole summer. Hooks in the bathroom would be handy. There was only one toilet brush for 2 toilets. No extra rubbish bags supplied and the bag in the bin was torn. The toaster smoked on use so we sorted it!

This was one of the nicest caravans my family and I have stayed in. Clean, spacious, fully equipped (including a washing machine), great location right on the sea front, quiet and secluded site with a small park, pool and entertainment facilities (although the facilities are very basic).

No issues with the caravan, it was perfect. Only complaint is with the site facilities: One evening we went to eat at the site bar/entertainment venue. We were told that the kitchen had to pause food orders because “they were over run”…. And didn’t know when they would be taking orders again. There couldn’t have been more than 20 people in the venue but the service was incredibly slow and we eventually gave up and had to drive to McDonalds because this was the only place nearby which was still serving food by this time! I wish we had just stayed and cooked dinner in our lovely caravan.

Close to the beach, quiet location, Wi-Fi, clean and tidy.

Not enough pillows or cutlery for all occupants.
