I don't want to review so that I can keep this gem all to myself but I decided that would be unfair to this amazing host. Do I have instead decided that I will only travel to Billings when this slice of heaven isavailable. cleanliness

Such a great place to stay. The host provided a welcome breakfast bread and coffee which we truly enjoyed. The home a beautifully appointed and comfortable. I needed to extend our stay by a day and communication with the host was fast and helpful. Our stay was interrupted as my wife had to spend a day in the ER at the Billings Clinic. I can tell you that leaving the ER and coming "home" made this all the more comfortable, for all of us. We visit our son once a year and look forward to staying here in the future.

Stayed in this lovely home with family. Lots of room for everyone! The kids enjoyed having their own space in the lower level to watch their movies! That gave the adults the main floor to visit. Especially enjoyed the upper deck in the morning for coffee. Beautiful property. Well Done!

The location was absolutely perfect. Centrally located and easy to get to places. The house itself was amazing. We were able to be comfortable and it felt like home. We BBQ’d a few times, played in the back yard, and relaxed as a family in the home. The home was supplied with household needs extremely well. The hosts communication with us was excellent. There was a low battery alert for a lock and they remedied it immediately without any issues. We had deer, ducks and turkey’s come to visit us as well. All in all it was a perfect get a way in a perfect spot!

Perfect location with walking access to Pioneer park and a very short drive to downtown. This is a lovely home, clean, modernized, and tastefully decorated. It is the best VRBO of it's sized that I have ever stayed in.

Very welcoming, it felt like home the moment we walked in. All the amenities of being at home. Everything was clean, fresh and the property is well maintained. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located giving us easy access to everywhere in Billings.

This is such a beautiful home! Definitely recommend, we were there for state softball and ended up having it be rained out for an entire day, the house was very comfotable with many accommodations, we had all we needed.

It's like my favorite fishing hole. I waffle between telling everyone about this home and keeping it a secret so it's available when I want to come back.

Check in process was seamless, property was very clean and looks just like the pictures do online; owners thought of everything right down to the last detail; communication with property owner was prompt, friendly, very accommodating; and the location was perfect - less than 5 min from airport, downtown, colleges and easy access to west end. Would stay here again.

We stayed here before and I would stay again. Everything is at or better than the pictures. I truly love the location near lots of eateries and hikes. The back yard is dreamy.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was absolutely beautiful. The muffins from Perkins were a nice surprise and greatly appreciated! We had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Billings!

If I could give this house an 11, I would. Everything about the house, the stay, neighborhood and communication with the owner was over the top good. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and eat inside or out, landscaping is stunning. We plan to stay again.

The place was absolutely immaculate! Probably the best we have stayed in yet. And the neighborhood is delightful.
And we really appreciated a working fireplace.... especially since we're from Fl. lol

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s under 5 minutes to the airport and St Vincent’s hospital. Would definitely recommend and would stay again should the need arise.

This is a lovely comfortable and functional home. We loved holding Christmas with our daughter, using the basement as a more personal, private area. The kitchen was well appointed but I could have used a meat thermometer. There was only one hiccup, the smoke alarm backup battery went off around midnight Christmas Eve and there were no 9 volt batteries available (onlyAA's for remotes). We took one from the spare bedroom and made it work until we could get to the store. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Lovely house in adorable neighborhood. Close to downtown and BSUB and Rocky. House was in perfect condition with nice amenities. Owners left sweets for check in day. Loved the patio and kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. Will be back!!

My mom was unexpectedly using a walker and was able to access the home and outside deck completely once making it up the 4 steps at the front door.
Great location! Comfortable furniture! Well-supplied kitchen! Will definitely stay again if/when we return to Billings.

The house was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at. Ever. Clean. Nicely appointed. Wonderful kitchen. Half moon windows in master walk-in closet were an unexpected discovery. Lots of lights. Wish our schedule had allowed us more time to just enjoy the house.

Absolutely loved the house. It is the cleanest VRBO we have rented, and we have rented a lot. Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was there. Decorated so tastefully. Would rent again.

I grew up in Billings and was back for a master’s program class at MSUB and then the 90th bday party of the woman I grew up next door to. I chose this house because the photos looked happy and I knew the street well. It was the perfect place for just me for the first 3 nights and then my elderly parents who joined me for the 4th and 5th nights. I loved walking to class and walking to The Highlands Country Club to meet dear, old family friends to eat dinner.
