It’s a very clean property with a swimming pool, kayaks, grill. Our room and all property was very small and has a sleeve of water you can access. You cannot walk anywhere, only use a boat or drive. The room was very small, but meticulously clean. The room had a spacious patio, but it did not have a fan and it was too hot to use it. The manager was very friendly and came immediately at midnight to fix our shower problem.

This property was amazing! You can take the kayaks out right in front of the property to the sand bar. They have a lovely fire pit stocked already with wood and a lounge sand area.

Location is wonderful, right on the water and we made good use of it... on our first morning there my teen daughter & I took out the kayaks (no fee) and saw 5 dolphins in a group playing with each other and swimming beneath our kayaks! We also spotted 2 manatee noses peeking up for a breath a few times immediately after the dolphins moved on. A few days later we went out in the morning to find a mother & baby dolphin hanging out near a neighbor's dock. The room was just the right size for us, and the bed was comfortable. The screened in patio was nice to have, we used it to air-dry damp swim clothes and leave out potentially sandy shoes. The pool was small in general but the right size for us being we typically were gone all day and made our way to the pool just after sunset (apparently the other guests weren't up for swimming after dark). There are a lot of pool floats & toys available for use. The fire pit area was nice to have available. Coin laundry is available. Know before you go: 1) As of April 2024, Matlacha is still recovering from the hurricane, many of the vibrant shops are no longer open. Some are though! 2) Some photos/reviews of the property show/mention a hot tub, it is no longer there. 3) Our room's photos only showed a microwave, small fridge w freezer, and coffee maker. But it also had a toaster, dishes & flatware. 4) The island is surrounded by brackish water (where river & ocean water mix, plus mangroves). You can easily drive to beautiful sandy beaches.

I absolutely loved this place. The views are beautiful and I was so comfortable. It was very hard to leave the tranquility. Stacy is very helpful with any need that you have. You could tell that she cared about her guest.

The owner was very helpful when I questions about the check in process. The room was clean and comfortable and everyone we met at the local restaurants was very nice!

We didn’t appreciate getting a last minute add on charge of $60 for the cleaning service. There was only 2 of us in the condo, we didn’t make a mess. It should have been waived.

Water is right out back, even saw some dolphins one morning. Room is like a one bedroom apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Shoreview was perfect, convenient clean, quiet just what we were looking for. Why stay in a hotel with one maybe two rooms when you can have a full kitchen living area and bedroom and private screened in porch.

Nice clean comfortable rooms, quiet area, and best of all on the water! Pool is small but very nice and well equipped with chairs and floats. It would be nice to have a couple beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach. Also a kurieg coffee maker would be nice, no need to waste a whole pot when you only want one cup. Will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful place. Super cute and clean. Met nice people from other places. My only complaint would be to have another set of towels. There's 1 set for room 1set for pool. You wash your towels given if want to.washer and dry jn common area. Others very nice

Property is in a high end part of Matlacha. Very clean and has a great view of ocean.
