Excellent property, and very convenient to reach. Front desk staff was extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Hospitality is appreciated. Property was clean, loved the charm of this hotel. I will highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

The hotel is very beautiful, big, clean, very comfortable. Surroundings are very nice, calm and clean. The room i stayed is just amazing. The staff was so polite and helpful and always ready to help. I will come back, for sure. It's worthy the price.

LOCATION. NO VALUE FOR MONEY.LOCATION IS HILARIOUS. I BOKED IT FROM PUNE AIRPORT AFTER GOING THROUGH FEW COMMENTS . TOO A CAB FROM PUNE AIRPORT , AS WE REACHED ON LOCATION , EVEN DRIVER WAS LAUGHING ON LOCATION AND PLACE . WHY IT IS UNDER 3 STAR TAG.

A. The location is shady B. The receptionist is racist on another level. C. Everything that they have put on the description is incorrect. Such as continental breakfast D. Loud noises, slamming the doors etc. just to name few were the phenomena taking place literally in every 10 minutes. E. Dirty linen F. Literary they didn’t change the linen, pillow case and blankets. G. Weird odour from the bathroom area H. Too tiny room with no ventilation I. Communication problem. No replies to mails or queries J. Disguisting and extra expensive for the service that they have provided.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.
