The view,the garden,the room and our host Anna was perfect!

Anna the host made sure we we settled and gave us good advise on meals, and things to see. Super close to the city. The stay was so safe with keys to open gates and we keep our car safe. The dog is good natured and added bouns for security. Would highly recommend for young females who need to feel safe. Super clean and comfortable room. we arrived in 43c heat wave but the air con worked a treat. The local couple who run a sit in meal where oh so nice Google DOC 200m away, great food from passionate chefs. Thanks again Anna

Fantastic location with amazing view on San Gimignano and Tuscany landscape, friendly and helpful owner and safe, spacious parking.

The place is just a few footsteps away from the nicely preserved old town of San Gimignano. The view of it and the Tuscan background from our room and nerby garden was a wonderful sight. Parking in the yard was convenient and secure. The host clearly takes great care of the premises and has a warm personality.

This apartment is a dream! It has stunning view of San Gimignano from the garden, it is super close to the city center, just 5 min walk to the gate and the owner is absolutely perfect lady. She lets you park the car on the property even after checking-out for few hours. I would highly recommend! Hope we will get back there soon. 10/10, thanks Anna!

great location just outside town friendly host living nearby pretty decent value for money outstanding views

wifi was very flaky only instant coffee available in the room limited facilities in the room, e.g. no glasses etc.
