A very good camping style stay , though I do not understand why it is called a hotel when no toiletries or towels are ptovided and you need to clean the dishes and dispose your own garbage, I also wonder about the high property fee almost as high as a one night stay $ 150 CAD which has made us change our mind of extending our stay. The area is a gem , the town is hospitable and everyone can find and enjoy their favourite hobby or activity.

This property was nearly perfect. It was clean and exactly as described. The only drawback was a squeaky bed in the primary room. Every thing else was really great!

Very cute and quiet cottage community. Our cottage was nice with a great layout. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. We loved it and absolutely would stay again. Only complaint we have is real mattresses on the bunkbeds would be awesome instead of the thin ones.

The pools were great, however the bottom of the large pool needs to be swept and vacuumed as there was algae on the bottom and sides.

We arrive at location and it's a property called Vine Ridge Resort, so we were unsure what was goning on as we had booked Falcon Cottages. We did successfully check in, apparently it's a privately owned operation at this resort, but it was a little sketchy at first. Anyway, beautiful resort with a large splash pad pool and a smaller pool. Pool and office did close what we considered early, but it didn't have a negative impact overall. The cottage was cute, beds comfortable, though it was a little plain with few decorations. It was conveniently located in the middle of wine country and a short drive to the falls. The AC quit working the day before we left and it was miserably hot. However we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families.

When we arrived the bedding is left in a box for you to handle yourself. ( was told that was standard) refrigerator still had food remnants in it and the closet mirror had finger prints all over it, there were cups in kitchen that were put back with coffee drip stains (possibly by previous renter and not noticed). In addition website says it was equipped with a hairdryer-there was none. Also did not have an iron, there was no shade on front door window that is directly in front of bathroom. I used a towel to cover up window. These are items I expected. The biggest issue was -while we were gone for the day, someone entered the unit to remove a portable air conditioner. No one told us someone would be entering. I expected a bit more privacy .

Very clean and quiet

My family and I had an amazing time. The trailer was like a mini home, much bigger than we expected. It’s was very peaceful and relaxing stay. We will probably be back next year.

Good standard with ample storage space and parking. However, t v and fan in main bedroom not working

The property was clean. Unfortunately the wifi did not work, the bedroom light was out, the kettle was problematic and the kitchen equipment was limited. There was no property information provided inside the property and no means to contact the host. Checkout information (only regarding garbage) was provided by text after we have checked out. Overpriced.

We chose Falcon Cottages NOTL as a cost-effective two-bedroom accommodation near NOTL and Niagara Falls (the price was comparable to hotels but we wanted the separate rooms for sleeping). Communication with the property manager was excellent; it was easy to check-in and find our unit. We were impressed by the cleanliness an the size of the trailer/cottage. It worked very well for us (two adults, two children)—we were even able to host other family members for a visit in the living room after our kids went to bed. It was well stocked with most items you could need during a stay (reminder to bring hand soap/toiletries and towels, though). The facilities were great—our kids loved the pools. The bed and pillows were just ok, but we did appreciate that the master bedroom had a queen bed and not a double. The trailer got quite hot during the day (end August), but thankfully, we were out-and-about during most the day anyway, and it was easy to cool it off at night with the many fans/windows. We liked the location allowing for easy travel to NOTL and Niagara Falls. We would definitely recommend this property to people seeking two-bedroom accommodations in the Niagara area.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the cottage! It is a quiet, peaceful place in the beautiful area around Niagara on the Lake! One of the most beautiful spots I‘ve ever been to! And only a 15 minutes drive to the falls! Perfect for our stay in Canada!

Great place. Ground’s beautiful and loved the pool

We LOVED our stay here! It’s much more cost effective than staying at a hotel in Niagara! We made several meals here instead of eating in restaurants for every meal. The kids loved the two pools. The unit is air conditioned and very comfortable, like a tiny home away from home. It’s about a 15 min drive to the Falls. We felt much safer being out of the busy downtown area. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and orchards. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights with kids while visiting the falls and wineries. The cottage and property were exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was a double bed in one room and a bunkie to fit 3 kids in another room. Also a nice kitchen and spacious living area. The best part is the 2 awesome pools. One is enormous and gives you that resort feel. Our kids loved playing there. We would definitely stay again. Be aware you need to bring your own towels but bed linens are provided.

It’s a great place to relax and unwind

Everything was perfect. I am a picky person and no complaints. I will stay there again 10 minutes from Niagara on the lake and 10 minutes to Niagara Falls. Perfect location, peaceful clean, quiet, friendly, front desk, and maintenance personnel.
