Het appartement was uitstekend. Alles was zoals op de foto's. Het gebouw is nieuw, dus ook alles in het appartement is nieuw. Je hebt mooi zicht naar de zee, maar kunt niet de hele horizon zien. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. In een appartement heb je vaak wat meer ruimte dan in een hotel. Ook hebben we hier onze kleren kunnen wassen. Er is overigens een groot balkon bij dit appartement op de 22e verdieping. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk. Ze zijn nog bezig met het zwembadgedeelte dichterbij de horizon. Wanneer dat klaar is, kun je hier uren naar de zee staren en naar de drukte beneden bij het water. Wél rook je de lokale vismarkt, daar moet je van houden. Wanneer ze klaar zijn met verbouwen, dan zou ik dit appartement makkelijk een 9 of 9,5 scoren.

Er wordt nog gewerkt binnen en buiten het gebouw. Dat wisten we. Als je er langs kan kijken, dan heb je er weinig last van. Je hoort de werkgeluiden alleen tijdens werkuren.

Very good. The decoration equipment is very new and comfortable. The balcony has a sea view. The boss is very good and will introduce the situation nearby. I will come and stay next time

New and clean in the room, but the whole building still under constructions with workers around which not feeling safe The parking is not flexible and need to pay even stay in guest

Well thought through decor and materials used. Color scheme was soothing. Tastefully done!

Could do with a bedside lamp

It’s a building site. Unfinished. Unsafe with construction workers carrying heavy equipment around the corridors. Swimming pool is advertised but is closed. They claim ‘for maintenance’ it according to security, it has never been open. False advertising. I am demanding a full refund.

Beautiful room. Looked just the the photos. Very comfortable, with everything you need.

Building is still very much under construction. Nights were quiet, but days were loud. Pool area is only half finished. Totally usable at time of stay. Will be an even greater property once the common areas are finished being built.

The room is cozy & beautiful. They even allow us to late check out until 12.30pm. What i like more is that we can store our luggage in their office as we depart to airport at 4 pm. So we were able to walk around at Philippine market freely as it was just walking distant from the apartment( added value). I’ll surely recommend this.

We have to pay deposit about Rm100 & they will pay back after 48H. Unfortunately it almost 72H then only they give back your money. They only bank in after i keep asking the money. Not good!

I liked everything about this place. It is completed to an extremely high standard, very modern, clean and exceptionally comfortable. It had everything you needed, including washing powder for the washing machine. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend here for anyone wanting to stay in KK. A little bit of luxury.

Still noisy construction work ongoing during the day which affected mainly the pool area. But we just used the pool for refreshment late afternoon, which was tolerable. Wouldn’t choose it, if you focus on recreation at the pool.

The service provided was tip top from the arrival to the departure. Leong not only gave us the key, he brought us up to the unit and briefed about the facilities and everything about the unit. When we came in, the aircond already on. Before he left, he gave us earplugs incase of the noise by the other units in renovation. On the last day, our flight was late thus It's very convenient that we could leave our bag there until the time we departed. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay with Laxzone. 5 stars!

To provide Ironing board

The unit was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Staff was lovely. Very close to amazing markets with local seafood and a short walk to the bars on the waterfront.

The property was heavily under construction. Pool was very crowded.

Location was great. Apartment was new and very comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows.

Wi-fi was unstable. Dropped out regularly. Was great when it worked. Not enough power points and rarely located when needed. Not a single power outlet in the bathroom.

I loved my stay at this place. I was reluctant at first as it was a new place and only 2 reviews but it turned out to be the best place I’ve stayed to while in Borneo. The host helped me booking tours, gave wonderful suggestions about local restaurants and cafés, and he’s very very friendly. The apartment is in the city centre and is brand new. like seriously brand new and it’s got all you could wish for. I would definitely book this place again if I’m back to KK.

As the place is new they’re still working on the property but the host provided ear plugs and advised about it.
