A very nice property. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Stayed for a week in February. 10 years in Madeira Beach and this was the easiest, most friendly booking we’ve had. Owner was amazing, even called to allow us to check in early. Condo was stunning. Plenty of room for 5 adults, and would have fit more if we needed. Panoramic views of Madeira Beach. We’ll stocked with everything needed for a great week. Already booked again for next year!

Our multi-generational family gathering found everything we were hoping for in this condo. The unit is huge, with lots of gathering space in addition to the three bedrooms. The unit was well-appointed and clean and the check-in was among the easiest we've experienced.

Beautiful large 3 bedroom condo. Excellent location with beach access directly across the street. The condo is clean, very spacious , well equipped and has a huge penthouse balcony. You won't be disappointed !!!

We had a great few days here . The penthouse was exceptionally clean . There is so much room . The balcony was huge with great views ! It was so well stocked had everything you could possibly need from beach towels to kitchen items ! The beach is a short walk across the street and there is a beach path . Love that they sent me places to eat and things to do in the area that was a huge plus since was our first time here . They are quick to respond with any questions . We will def be staying here again !

Penthouse B exceeded our expectations. The place very clean, the pool was warm and the beach access was literally across the street. Tons of restaurants/bars within walking distance or you can just uber if walking's not your thing. Jim was nice and easy to communicate with when needed. Easy to get to from the airport, easy to access but not easy to leave...would book again in a heartbeat!!

Second time staying here. Absolutely love it.

First, let me say that the photos do not do the place justice. it is MUCH more spacious than the pictures show. Everything was as advertised and I couldn't be happier, despite a few minor things: no extra toilet paper in any bathrooms TV/Sound system was a bit challenging to figure out (would recommend a small cheat sheet) toilet paper was put on backward (lol) Do not let these little things stop you, book this place if you are headed this way! I know when I come back I will be looking at it again! Thank you!

The four of us enjoyed our our stay. This was our first time at Madeira Beach. The condo was so spacious and clean. Beautiful views, from the balconies! We will definitely come back and stay again. Hopefully sooner than later.

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s right across the beach with a huge balcony! The pictures really do not do it justice! Mr Jim answered quick and every time I had any question. There is also an amazing coffee shop right downstairs. We are already planning a trip back!

The place was huge and in a great location. On the Inland waterway I think it’s called and just across the street from the beach. We walked 5 miles on the beach before our CE classes everyday. Great open spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Awesome!

The pictures didn't do it justice! Absolutely beautiful! So clean and had everything we needed! Everything was perfect and location was great....I can't say enough about it, we will be back again!

Fantastic views, plenty of space inside and out. James is very responsive and helpful. We were moving our kid to college and needed to have some things shipped there and that was super helpful. Definitely would love to stay there again.

This place is huge and beautiful great views of the gulf don't waste money on a rental car you won't need it can take the trolley down gulf Blvd or just walk

Location is perfect! Communication with owner is beyond perfect! Condo is clean and the outside space is incredibly perfect!

The unit is huge, big enough for a family gathering but only during the day. It’s huge but only sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 if you put 2 small children in both twin beds. It could easily sleep 10 to 12 if set up properly. Seems a lot of room to waste and my other family members had to stay elsewhere, and leave every night . The unit is in dire need of a good cleaning and update, the furniture is old and worn out as well as the flooring and carpet. If you’re not looking for modern or comfortable furnishings, you don’t care if the furniture is torn and doesn’t work, hence recliners in couch, the tv’s having to be manually turned on with a remote from bedroom tv because it got lost, the beds creaking and dipping at every movement, the bathrooms having broken toilet paper holders, no towel bars, no place to hang a loofah or wash rag in shower, then you’ll be fine with this. We personally felt paying nearly $3000 for the week, for the condo in the condition it was in, was a ridiculous amount. I took pictures of everything thing, so the owner can see that I’m telling the truth here. We spoke to owner, he is well aware of this. I just hope he remedies these things.

Family had an amazing time, the pictures associated with property don’t do it justice. Pool was great and kids loved it, beach across the street was fantastic, unit has everything you could need/want. The view from balcony taking in the intercostal and ocean, well it’s hard to top. Restaurant and shops near by, its just a great place to relax.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great. Short & easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. There are a lot of food options within walking distance.

Can't say enough about Skyline unit 502 - didn't want to leave - it was wonderful. Big condo with lots of room for everyone. Many amenities were included (beach towels/chairs/small cooler, toilet paper, many spices, foil, saran wrap, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, plenty of bath towels and linens, etc.) Blair was quick to answer all questions. Location was good - beach access directly across the street; bars/restaurants within walking distance - John's Pass was @3/4 miles away. Grocery stores (publix, winn dixie, walmart) were all within a few miles. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks so much to Blair and his family for the use of his condo. Only down fall was not knowing about the red tide.

Better than the photos! What a great place, amazing views, great beach and quiet neighborhood! Blair was great to work with and was obviously keen on making sure we were comfortable and had a great stay! Will stay again! Loved everything.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Madeira! The views from the rooms of bay were awesome and the ocean view was beautiful! The balcony was amazing and huge!! The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies, towels, sheets and bedding. There was a couple of things we needed while there and Blair was on top of it ASAP and easily reachable! He seems like such a nice guy and all he wants is for you to enjoy his place and feel at home! We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Madeira Beach!! We loved it!

Everything from booking to checking out was smooth. The place was clean and location was wonderful. Place had just about everything we needed and some. Lots of room.

I’ll keep it short but the property is awesome! Clean, large, convenient. Good water pressure, cold AC, pool, beach across the street, massive balcony, lots more. Exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.
