Great place for family.

Overall the condo was great. It has 4 bedrooms and very roomy, it was also immaculately clean, which is rare. The walk to the beach is relatively short through indoor pool and outdoor lazy river, which was important to us with a baby and our elderly grandmas staying with us. The condo is very true to description, decor is very calming and enjoyable. We asked the owner for a couple of things and owner responded quickly and was very courteous, addressed the issues. The only things to know, if you are planning to cook a lot: there was only one big pot and a few small ones, nice big frying pan, and a few smaller ones; I would bring a good knife and any specialized tools like a grater or garlic press if planning on using, as the kitchen equipment just covered all the bases. Overall, we were able to cook what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows were a bit high for our preference. Indoor pool and water slide were a big plus for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Worked out great for our weekend trip.

The property is very nice and everything was clean and in working order. The unit was just as pictured and worked well space wise for our group of 11. Having access to owner's storage for all the beach gear was a huge plus. The only drawback was the lack of large pots and skillets. It was a challenge to cook for a large group with what is provided. We would certainly stay at this unit again!

Property is beautiful while the view is gorgeous. Read what there property has, if you're flying this can be difficult... There's nothing extra. The apartment meets the photos, though, it's clean, bright, and a very nice stay. Building pool is very well maintained, I hope they keep it up!

Very comfortable, very nicely appointed, as described. Parking deck allows you to park at same level as your unit (at least for lower floors.). Excellent Gulf views (lots of glass in living area) and amenities. Renters should be aware that parking is $60 per vehicle per stay, and parking is enforced. Great security. Lots of good dining options, and of course, some of the best beaches in the world. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, and our party of 6 adults and 5 children were very comfortable.

Beautiful condo. Great weather. Very comfortable. Kitchen needs to be stocked with better pots, pans and utensils. A blender would be nice at the bar.

The condo was everything that you could imagine and more, beautiful views of the gulf both inside and outside. The pictures do not do it justice!! We had 10 adults on this trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. We spent our entire days outside, either on the beach or in the lazy River and then enjoyed making dinner and eating together as a family. We have been doing yearly family vacations for over 25yrs and can honestly say this was the best one yet. We started discussing coming back next year on the second day.

Very nice location, condo, amenities. Everyone had a good relaxing time, made our trip everything we hope for.

My family (8 adults and 2 toddlers) just spent a week in this wonderful condo. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and roomy. We never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving our crowd. The beds were soft and there were plenty of towels. The building has a lot of amenities. We all loved the lazy river, hot tub and inside pool. It also has a great gym. The staff was friendly and the parking a breeze. Everything was well maintained and clean. We definitely want to stay here again!

Very beautiful home every thing we needed was here my family loved the stay very spacious and the children loved the lazy river pool. Will stay again

New complex with great amenities! Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was great, right amongst multiple great restaurants and tourist attractions. Easy parking and access to everything. Room was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 14. Beds slept good. I would recommend thicker blankets, but no other complaints. Kitchen was stocked well and in room ice maker came in handy for those beach coolers. Hope to be back soon!
