Un poco oscura

Het balkon van onze kamer had echt een geweldig uitzicht over de zee en de baai van Sarandë. De locatie is top, met allemaal restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. De boulevard is op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. Je loopt vanuit het hotel zo het strand op waar je op een bedje kunt gaan liggen.

De kamer was vrij gedateerd en dit zag je ook in de badkamer terug. Daarnaast is het vrij rumoerig aan de kust, waar je zeker ook last van hebt ik de kamers.

Pientä säätöä alkuun, kun safety box ei toiminut ja oven lukko jouduttiin korjaamaan (ei päästy huoneeseen illalla). Uimaportaat tai kunnon laituri mereen olisi kiva, koska ranta on kivikkoinen.

Beautiful hotel, the pool and beach area is perfect! Breakfast was great and staff were lovely and always helpful. Would absolutely come back!

Location, facilities, staff everything was perfect

Location was good and the rooms on the ground floor had direct access to the pool

Cleanliness standards were low. Rooms were not very clean, the pool was dirty as if there is no water filter. We had a major issue when we checked in as the rooms we asked for and we’re confirmed earlier by the hotel we’re not available. We had to stay the first night in different floors which was not convenient since we are a family with kids. I would understand that issues might happen but the hotel manager was so careless, we called him on the phone since he was not in the hotel. he did not bother to say sorry or to offer any alternative option. We had to stay in the available rooms since it is high season and we can’t find any other rooms in the city. The manager promised us to call the next day when he comes to the hotel but he never bothers to call or do anything. Breakfast was very limited considering the amount we paid for the rooms. In general, I would understand such low standards and service when you are paying peanuts but paying around 240 euro per room per night in Saranda is a big amount and you would expect much more to be offers
