Staff were nice and the location is ideal.

Black mold in the room. Toilet struggled to flush properly. In serious need of repairs, walls so thin you could have a conversation through them.

Central great location. Nice big room. Comfortable beds. Clean nice towels.

Shower head wouldn't stay up. Property bit run down.

The room was clean and a suitable size for sleeping 3 people. The property was easy to get too from Dingwall

The shower was very dated and leaked extensively. It had obviously been doing so for quite some time, judging by the black mould on the bathroom skirting and the carpet on the other side of the wall. The room smelt of damp. One of the photos shows how wet the bedroom carpet was after all 3 of us had a shower. The shower was also not easy to operate

We booked two room and they sold one of them to another group. Our children went to their room to find people sleeping in their bed. Totally unacceptable

Liked the price..liked the area..great for commuting to other places..neat, clean and tidy room...kettle and coffee facilities in room..good wee shower ..quite comfy beds and for a 2* would stay again!

No signposts for reception..went to the old run down hotel first...then to rooms then finally found reception at the spa lodge..confusing! And I hated the clientele. People were so ignorant of the time they arrived and so self absorbed...making a noise..shouting..kids running about until 12pm...people arguing...and when you have a day travelling the next day it is terribly anger some..But no fault of the hotel.

No hot water from taps, Cold wet bed, damp stench smell, poor maintenance internal and external, no air conditioning as advertised, no 24 hour front desk, no daily housekeeping, no evening entertainment. On arrival I had to be translated by Google as I was met with someone who didn't speak English.

Definitely needing some updating,main buildings looked empty and grounds were a bit unkempt.

The staff were really helpful, and the room was very big - perfect for three people.

Adel was amazing - we arrived late but he stayed to make sure we found the hotel and got into our room with no issues. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation for breakfast! The room was perfect for our family of three - we all had our own beds and the bathroom met expectations. The location was great for a visit to Inverness and surrounding areas, no more than 20 minutes! Absolutely recommend staying here!
