The place was great. First class all the way. We appreciated the location, cleanliness, and it was easy to get to downtown and to the racetrack.

This was a great property and a fun location for a large group of friends (nine adults) to meet for the weekend for a mini-college reunion. It was easy to find and simple to get to for people coming from NJ, NY, NH, CT, and MA. We had plenty of room with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, plus the basement with a futon. The kitchen was the most common place to congregate, but we had plenty of room to gather and eat on the deck, and later to relax in the living room. This was so much nicer than meeting in a hotel--it was just like being in one of our own homes! The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were more than enough linens and pillows, and we had plenty of hot water. Christy met us at the house and greeted us with two bottles of Saratoga water. She showed us around, answered our questions, and told us to call her if we needed anything . We appreciated the written instructions for the television/Time Warner cable/Direct TV remotes. She gave us suggestions of things to do, but after a lovely walk through town and a bit of shopping, all we really wanted to do was spend time talking and catching up with each other. It was fun cooking in the chef's kitchen, and there was a grill, a wine fridge, and lots of glasses! The WiFi worked perfectly, so we all could share the many pictures we took of each other! We had an amazing time, hope to repeat it next year, and see no reason to reinvent our travel plans since this location was so comfortable! Thank you, Christy! Hope to see you next year!

We had such a fabulous time in Christy & Mike's home over the New Years Eve holiday. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious - it easily accommodated our party of 6. Christy was incredibly helpful and left a ton of information for us, including various activities in Saratoga Springs for us to participate in. She stopped by right at the beginning of our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn't have any questions. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing retreat in a beautiful home, while being close to Saratoga Springs. Thank you, Christy & Mike!
