We came for a wedding and the location was great! 3 minutes away from the venue so worked out well. The place met all our needs - our 4 year old loved the ball pit. Communication with the management was easy every step of the way.

I have never rented a home for a vacation. This home was wonderful! Very clean, lovely set up and would certainly give it a 10+.

Very convenient location with plenty of space! Only minor complaint, we could not get the HVAC system to balance throughout the house. The bedrooms stayed very hot while living areas were cool.

Great home near Canton St in Roswell! Perfect for a family.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. I don’t often do reviews but felt I needed to for this rental home. We found framed instructions two pages long in almost every room in the house, two sets in the sunken living room. “If you break anything it’s a $500 charge” was the one that stood out…mainly because there were decorative trunks and vases and bowls with fake fruit and glass balls all over the place. Every corner of the home had some random tchotchke in it. We literally had no place to put our dock kit and tooth brushes in the bathroom - which also didn’t have any soap. The kitchen table and dining table were set with plates and mats as if it was being staged to sell rather than ready for guests to stay there. On top of that each door when opened or closed triggered a doorbell that rang throughout the home. When you’re trying to get your laundry out of the dryer in the garage after your kids went to bed that doorbell noise really gets on your nerves. Overall our family just didn’t feel like we were wanted and welcomed in the home despite the fact that the host was very accommodating helping get the internet fixed while we were there and offering to have a new tv hung that wasn’t working. I know everyone’s style is different and maybe some people will love all the trunks and vases and bowls with fake fruit and glass decorative balls but all those items when linked to the instructions framed in every room did not make us feel welcomed.

The home, location & communication was perfect. No big problems for our family at all 🙂🙂🙂 We rented so we could basically get ready for daughter’s wedding in Roswell. There was an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but the team made efforts to get it working again. They did forget that we requested late checkout and the cleaners arrived too early, but honestly, that was fine.

The home was clean and looked just as it looks in the photo. My only disappointment was that it was not within walking distance to Canton St. for us nearly 70 year olds as I was led to believe. Other than that I would definitely rent again.

We were in town for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre and stayed the night here. The house was clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and comfortable beds. Conveniently located near shops and great restaurants. The property manager responded quickly and efficiently to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient location to shops and restaurants in Roswell. House was very cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again. Owner was excellent to work with and responsive. Next baseball trip to Lakepoint and East Cobb we will use this property again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I booked this VRBO for the night before my wedding for me and my bridesmaids to stay in. I was ON THE WAY to my rehearsal dinner at 4:00 when check in was and they CANCELLED it DAY OF. Tried to tell me the payment never went though when I have a screen shot of my bank account of it taken out of my account AND had multiple confirmation/detail emails. I sent serval communications to the owner of the place and heard NOTHING back. Me and my 9 bridesmaids (almost all of whom were out of town) had to find another place literally 24 hours before my wedding and 4 hours before our stay. So unbelievable this was my experience and was by far the WORST and MOST STRESSFUL part of my wedding weekend. I cannot stress enough how horrendous of an experience I had and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH THIS OWNER!!!!!!!
