My family and I had such a great stay here! From walking to the beach and talking a stroll through the trail to swimming in the pool day in and out. The house looks exactly like the photos, the neighborhood is so calm and quiet. There are great restaurants in the area within a 10-15 min drive. The hosts are responsive and very accommodating everything was just 10/10

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. It was a perfect size for our large group; we were all very comfortable with our sleeping arrangements especially. The absolutely stunning backyard and short walk to the beach made this one of the most relaxing and fun weekends of the summer!

The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. We were very happy with this stay and felt very comfortable there. Would recommend!

House was very new and clean !!! Pool was huge and nice pavers and stone around it all… backyard was nice… only bad thing was there was a really bad septic smell all 3 nights we stayed there even after the first 1 hour we arrived I had mentioned it to the renting agents who said they would take care of it.. but yet no one ever arrived or took care of that issue .. resulting in few people moving from sleeping in basement to living room with air beds…

Home very recently constructed/renovate and very nice. We were told by mgt company not to bring sundries and travel sizes were offered. Had to go out and purchase. Lights in rear on motion sensor. Had to “move” every 40 seconds to keep rear lit first 2 nights until owner set to on and not motion. Pool unusable last 2 days as pool company had to shock pool. Babies and adults quite disappointed pool Heater didn’t work entire stay and pool company told us owner was aware. We had hoped pool light would illuminate rear yard and then didn’t work until pool company finally was summoned by mgt company 3 RD of our 4 night stay. We had a great time because we have a great family. Just VERY disappointed this $7300 ish stay was what it was. And $712 for utilities for 4 nights…. RIDICULOUS !!!!

We stayed here late July for a getaway with friends. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious with a great backyard. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood as well.
