Comfortable room.

Took ages to check in - breakfast only started at 8am which wasn't great for business travellers!

Staff were friendly/helpful. Wonderful view.comfortable rooms.nice to have bingo/entertainment in house if you didn’t want to go out.

We very much enjoyed our stay so don’t like to criticise but as you’re asking and hoping it could help for the future, 2 things, as I don’t eat hot breakfast it would have been nice to see a bit more choice with cereals yogurts etc. the car park I understand is on a first come first served basis but it is very annoying when you turn up from going out to find 2 cars parked over 3 bays! I spoke to reception and she couldn’t ask them to move as they were paying Parker’s from outside the hotel. Surely when the spaces are already limited they should be for theQueens hotel holidayers, this was definitely a downside for us as we then had to waste our holiday looking for parking 😡!

Bathroom was like something you’d find in a prison

The room was spacious and lovely and clean. The bed comfortable.

The TV was wonky on the wall. We tried to straighten it but couldn't, We paid for and had a sea view but we had to view it over the houses between us and the sea which was a bit disappointing. We didn't realise the hotel deals primarily with coach parties and that it had such a large capacity. We had to get permission to have a breakfast as we hadn't booked one. The breakfast was ok for the money and the fact that the chef had to prepare so many but it couldn't be said to be one of the best we've ever had.

It smelt of old urine really bad and every thing was stick to touch

Interior of rooms is very dated. Staff smoking outside of our window. Bathroom very very tired. Staff didn’t know much.
