Very quaint older hotel but very clean and an enjoyable experience

Worked well for 2 night stay, would have worked far an even longer stay due to the kitchen facilities. Just wosh the shower had been larger. I'm not a big person and the shower was tight

it was a cozy little spot, but the shower was too boxed in and the couch bed smell like cigarettes smoke other than "OK"

Room was perfect for our family. Location was close to the boardwalk but still quiet and felt safe. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and the WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom but overall we had a positive experience and would stay again.

We had a studio suite. It had a stove, 2 mini fridges, a good sized sink, plates, cups, and cutlery. The bedsheets were clean, the bathroom was well stocked and clean. The staff was kind, informative, and great overall! The room also came with beach tags so that really helped us out a lot! I will definitely be staying here again, it was worth every penny. As a bonus, it's about 2 blocks from the boardwalk Manco & Manco pizza.

My family stayed at this location many years ago and it was wonderful! Unfortunately for this one night stay we were given a room that did not meet our expectations at all. It was outdated, small, and you could tell the interior was not kept up with (by no fault of the daily cleaning people, mold on the bedroom ceiling). Fortunately due to a good manager and staff, we were refunded our money.

Phyllis and staff were very accommodating. Immaculate and well supplier with towels, etc. Our only suggestion is to purchase new mattresses, otherwise we will visit again. Very suitable for pets. Thank-you.

Only staying one night and was perfect for us with walking distance to boardwalk.

Property was a block away from the boardwalk, room was tidy, but linens and couch had stains on them.

Excellent service from check in and check out. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was clean and organized. Extra towels, blanket and pillows are always available. Location close to boardwalk. 2 blocks from the motel. Safe. We booked 3 rooms and they assigned our room next to each other. Safe for elderly and children.

it's our third time here at Sifting Sands.. staff is so nice & rooms were perfect for our stay. One suggestion.. needs a wall or door mirror in room. only mirror available is in the bathroom

Sifting Sands just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were lots of outlets for device charging. Dana at the front desk was flexible and helpful. She signed us in advance of our room being ready so give us beach bags.

The property was great---there is parking and a couple of blocks to the Boardwalk. Middle of town and shops and diners close. The motel is old but clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay at Sifting Sands again.

This was a great place for a couple night stay. Very clean and everything was in working order. It even had a little kitchenette if you want to do some light cooking. It was just 2 of us so the room size was just fine.

We reviewed the comments in the reviews and were hesitant. Then we arrived and were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was well-appointed and clean. In the conversion from a single-room motel to a condo (each united is rented but owned by a different owner. It's a "condotel." I didn't know there was such a thing!) It was a comforting stay close to the Boardwalk and downtown. We'd do it again. The older reviews were just that old!

Property owner was very accommodating to our needs!

Vintage, 70's neon sign style property with very tight parking spaces with little room to turn vehicle in the lot. Mismatched furniture pieces. TV cable box was hanging by the coax half way along the wall, half way along the length of the room. Cramped rooms.

Very close to the boardwalk and downtown. Very friendly staff. Efficiency rooms well stocked and up to date.

The check in process was very easy. Person at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was small, but had everything you needed. Perfect location to beach and the shops on Asbury.

Cute property, close to the boardwalk & all the fun

Only furniture was an old couch with a blanket thrown over it. Place is in need of work. Booked two nights, only stayed one. Room was clean and people were nice.

Our stay was sweet. We really enjoyed the pool. It was a change from the beach experience. We were able to relax a little bit. The price was reasonable. Place was small but was just enough space, since only 1 adult and 3 kids. Loved there was a stove, microwave, and frig available. We were only allowed 2 blankets for 4 people. It was a disappointment but we figured it out. My only real disappointment was the tight car space. It was a tight squeeze and could hardly get out of car. Then another car took two spaces so was afraid of not having a spot to park. very frustrating. Besides that it was nice for the price and it is close to boardwalk.

The Sifting Sands Motel was nice and clean. Room decor was cute and it was great how close the boardwalk was to the motel. Only 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk, and there is a good breakfast place, Augies, only a block away.

The heated pool was a real plus

Booked a room to bring my teenage daughter and her friend to the shore. Got a really good rate. Front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was really cute, and recently updated. I loved the separate bedroom and the kitchenette. It was a 2 block walk to the beach. The girls loved the pool. I really appreciated the beach tags and parking. We all had a great time. Thank you!!
