Everything, it was pure horror this stay. It´s a ghost hotel, never ever again. When I was looking for an hotel in Rodez I found this one, stating it has breakfast (bar downstairs) Wifi, TV etc. But at arrival at 16.45 o´clock, everything was closed, no one there, I didn´t had access to the hotel. Calling this number at the entrance, but no one answering. So what to do, well looking and booking another hotel, during booking process I got a call, advising that I will get an SMS with access code for the door. Well, after a few minutes got this code at again, no one inside there. On the reception desk an envelope without any informations, just the bill what they have charged to me and the key for the room. Nothing regarding breakfast, wlan or whatever. Inside the room a small TV, maybe 18 or 19 inch with 45 french programs and the half of it not even working. Next morning I was expecting that at least the bar downstairs has been open for having a breakfast, but nothing. Like at the arrival, ghost hotel, everything closed. Luckely I had some food from my trip, so I enjoyed this and at checkout, placing the key on the reception desk, a woman popped of, Bonjour Mensieur, but nothing else. I do not understand the other reviwes, saying big rooms, mine was small and needs reforming. I wouldn´t claim that much, but in the description of this hotel is saying,...breakfast, bar, etc and if there are any issues to offer this service due covid, well, then just change the description for this hotel and it´s ok. For me it was pure nightmare

Our room had a balcony, which allowed air to flow a bit since there was no air conditioning and the temperatures were in the 90s. The breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and good.

We were staying here to attend a wedding. We asked for a later checkout, at least 11 (as 10 is a very early checkout time, normally most hotels are 11 or 12). The man at the reception was visibly upset by our request and reluctantly offered 10:30, but would not give 11.

The morning hostess was excellent

No fan in room, sun came from west into room so could not open the window till10pm. The food at dinner was poor. Breakfast was acceptable.
