Very nice location, free parking space close to the hotel. Friendly personnel.

We stayed the first night at another hotel next to Sunny days due to lack of available rooms, something that we couldn't understand as we had made the booking several months prior to arrival. We received an upgraded room though the next day. The cleaning service was not very good. The towel hanger was broken. The ac in our room was malfunctioning (started to run in the middle of the night making loud noise). Breakfast was good but not various so we preferred having breakfast at local bakeries most of the days.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. The pool was great and had lots of sunbeds besides the bar. Very convenient location as It was in the middle of the town. The room was very big and spacious and was equipped with the right essentials. We had a great view of the pool from the private veranda.

Our room was facing out towards the pool and there was music playing around the bar past midnight even though nobody was at the bar.

Breakfast was till 10. So one morning I arrived at 9:53 and a guy in the restaurant was so rude, he told me that I came late and I should eat in 7 minutes.. I complainted in the receiption and the staff imediatelly reacted to resolve the issue. They gave me late check out that I really appreciated it.

The location is perfect, the swimming pool was good, as well as breakfasts which were included in our price.

After we had gone to our room and seen its poor quality I asked for upgrading our room for additional fee. The receptionist and the manager told me that they would see what they can do. But they were not prone to help us and change it. Their argument was that the needed to clean our room even after five minutes we only spent there, and then transfer us to another room. At the same time I must admit that our poor bedroom was dirty and filthy, hair and dust was all over the place in every corner. The cleaning was very bad.

Room was good but lacked plug sockets in useful places. Bathroom was incredibly small and awkward to manoeuvre around.

It was near the Beach, just a 5 min. walk. The towels were good and it was clean on the whole.

They didn't give us the room we paid for. We booked a suite of 40m2, and were given a 17m2. They advertise their rooms (suite) as being 45m2. When we told them they pretendent that everything was ok, and that we were wrong and naive to believe that we would get the room we saw in the photo at Booking.com. , because it is "all copy and paste". We got a very small room for 4 people, one of the beds was in the way to the balcony, so we couldn't go out. The cushions from the bed were thucked in the only wardrobe there was, so we had very little space for our things. The tv had only one channel Rai1, and they did nothing about it when we complained. After two days they admitted that there were (!) bigger rooms, and gave us the right one and settled the matter quite well. But those two days were quite stressful and unnecessary. We couldn't get to our room at 3 pm. They made us wait. They don't speak English well at the reception ( except for one woman), so when she is not around it is impossible to deal with anything because they don't understand. The photo of the swimming pool doesn't show its real size - which in reality is quite small. The water in the pool gets quite cloudy and dirty on some days. The staff at the pool, however, was nice and friendly. The food was ok but could have been of a greater variety and we would appreciate some vegetarian alternatives to meat dishes not just boiled carrots with peas, but something greek and seasoned well.

awful cleaning service pool was dirty most days cold tub needs to have a deep clean. bedroom cleaner only came in once over a week period “ second from last day no fresh towels. had to buy our own and our own toilet rolls.

The size of the room was great, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the location was great (close to the sea front and the shops), the dinners were very tasty!

I was bothered by the noise coming from the neighborhood at night (I had sea view room), and the coffee in the morning was not great (tasted like an instant coffee).

the rooms were nice and I liked how the two rooms we got as a group were opposite. The pool area and bar were lovely.

the woman at reception the day we came was very unhelpful and rude. The hotel lobby had no aircon and my room was hot and the aircon didn’t work well.

I liked the pool, breakfast, placement and good facilities. It was nearby the central and good bus connections.

I didnt like that we didnt get our booked room the day we arrived. We got it after first night which was little disapointing.

Wonderful hotel for families. Great pool area and bar run by Pantelis who was warm and friendly and gave us great advice and help with where to travel to and history of the Island. Hes awesome and loved by staff and guests. The lady who did my room, did a fantastic job in cleaning daily and there is a friendly family feel. Rooms are spacious.

I did expect pool towels to be readily available. They were only for hire and in need of a deposit to use them. We ended up purchasing them but I think that little things like that would make this great hotel even greater.

Great location, very close the beach and also to the city of Rhodes. But at the same time , nice and quiet. Solid breakfast, nice and welcoming staff.

I dont really have anything negative to say. For the money that you pay you get a really good deal in Sunny Days.
